Excellent service and hospitality

In our current situation we have to adapt. This hotel and the service was just that. Social distance was practiced and we felt safe in this Courtyard. They made every effort to make our minds at ease... We were just passing through and needed some sleep. We rested very very well and started on our way.. Thank you Courtyard!! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

This Marriott had good-sized rooms, clean bathrooms, and great TV. The person who checked us in was very friendly and definitely made our stay better. The only thing that surprised us was at this Marriott there was not free breakfast. (We went next door to a place called Diner, walked through the parking lot and had a good breakfast.) The halls and elevators were clean. The bed was comfy. I liked the separate sink area in the bathroom, away from the toilet/shower. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

This was the second time my husband and I stayed here on our drive to Florida. We checked in online and just needed to be told where our room was at the front desk. The room (129) was quiet and comfortable though there was no fan in the bathroom (or it wasn't working). The bed was comfortable and the room was nicely appointed. We really liked being on the ground floor as we were able to back into a parking space and unload our belongings through the patio door! Super easy! This is now our official go -to hotel for our Florida roadtrips. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Theft and terrible customer service

I stayed in this hotel at the end of October and had items stolen from my room. One month later, I am no closer to a resolution and the General Manager and Assistant General Manager have been zero to no help throughout the process. Very disappointing customer service, would not recommend this hotel and if you stay there, do not allow housekeeping in your room. On top of the theft, staff were not friendly on this visit and the room was not clean. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. Everyone tries hard for you to have "an excellent stay." We heard that often even at check out. They asked "Was your stay excellent?" When I said it was OK, she didn't even ask me why it wasn't excellent. This is an older hotel that has been nicely updated in the common areas. I thought our room on the first floor could have been improved. The new refrigerator did not fit in the space for the old one, so they left that empty and just sat it on the floor. Tiles in the bathroom could be regrouted. Beds were much too soft for me and I did not sleep well at all. Of course, Courtyard does not provide a complimentary breakfast but they didn't even have free coffee in the lobby. There was a Starbucks instead and the coffee in the room was horrible. We much prefer the Residence Inns which we also stayed in recently in TX. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
