Exceptional Customer Service

The evening manager, Shazia Mikhaylyuk displayed exceptional customer service to my 72 year old handicap mother and myself. She changed our reservation of a double bed regular room booked through Priceline to a king bed handicap accessibility room and honored the same price without any additional fees. The manager assisted in finding the closest pizza delivery at a late hour of the night and offered 2 bottles of water with no charge. The manager also allowed my mother to check out a few hours later so that she didn’t have to sit in the car until my business with UPS training was completed. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Expected more from a Marriott property

We were forced to travel to the East Coast for a family emergency, and carefully planned our route and hotel stays to minimize COVID risk. We chose this stay because of previous experiences with Marriott properties and the “Commitment to Clean” policy posted on their web site. On arrival 12 October we were horrified at the condition of this Courtyard. The common floor areas, carpeting, and elevators were dirty and stained, as were the luggage carts. Although the room looked to be clean, we had no confidence that those who had so neglected the common areas had properly sanitized the room. Perhaps the employees who are not currently required to provide their other normal services (now suspended) could have been assigned to cleaning duties. Because we were obligated to pay for the night’s stay, we used a container of disinfecting wipes and stayed just long enough to sleep and resume our travel. We have written Marriott Guest Services directly and sworn off staying at their properties. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Showing its age

The location, right off the highway, was convenient. There is plenty of free parking. The check in was polite, but nothing extraordinary. The hotel has a huge ground, but was mostly empty, probably do to COVID. The room was a decent size but starting to show its age. The hotel is in need of a remold to keep up with the newer Marriott properties. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I stayed here for one night on my way out west. The service was great and the room was perfect. The hotel was close to empty because of the Coronavirus but good service is always welcome I would stay here again if in Columbus TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We had a nice room, But at night when it's time to go to sleep. I could hear loud noise coming from the room next door and over head. If you were to look at our door from the inside it would look like a big night light. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
