Back again in Mexico City

Apr 8th, 2019

The Marriott Courtyard is not what you can expect in the US, very old and dirty carpets in the room and a shower and toilet that have seen better days as well. The breakfast is so so. The location is not the best either, all in all not a really great experience. When checking in they did not gave me the room that was booked for me, therefore the next day I had to move again. Best option in this area in Mexico City

Mar 10th, 2019

Best option in this area in Mexico City. Fantastic location. Easy to move from there, also two blocks from Periferico. Modern, nice design. Atentive service. The woman director is great. Great food. Fantastic also for events. Parking works well. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great stay, centrally located

Dec 18th, 2018

Stayed here for business travel during October 2018. Room was clean and neat. Price was reasonable and included a full buffet breakfast. When interacting with staff, all were pleasant to work with. Outside of that, this courtyard is pretty standard across the board in regards to other Courtyards I've stayed at. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great hotel, great experience

Nov 20th, 2018

This hotel was chosen for us by being part of a pilgrimage to Our Lady of Gaudalope. Stayed here 5 nights and nothing but a wonderful experience. Ate at the breakfast buffet every morning. Things on the buffet were mostly recognizable by this gringo but also had a great time being adventurous on the unrecognizable. Everything tasted great. You have to try the steamed cactus and the green juice. Rooms were very clean and modern. Bathroom was slightly tight but adequate. Was nice having a separarion between shower/stool and sink areas. Bed was very comfortable with 3 different firmness of pillows. Very nice bar h lounge area. Hotel is in an OK area. I probably would not have taken a walk in the area after dark but would have during the day. Service was perfect , staff very friendly and accommodating. If back in Mexico City, I would very much consider this hotel again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Does the job apart from wifi

Sep 18th, 2018

Good customer service although clearly not an international hotel since my wake up call was in Spanish, and I ordered hot water and milk in a jug for some tea, but the hotel water was half a mug full with another mug full of milk. Breakfast excellent, although staff not very proactive about coffee refills. Wi-fi was very bad, could not FaceTime my husband well. Lovely room and very spacious, but for business needs with free Wi-fi and breakfast included my key reasons for booking hotels, it only gets an average rating. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
