Weekend in Oklahoma City

Jul 8th, 2019

This was our finally stop coming back from Chicago. The hotel was easy to find, drove up and checked in with friendly front desk staff. I paid for Valet just so I didn't have to hassle with all the girls and luggage. The Valet staff were so helpful as all three teenage girls were getting all their stuff out of the car. Our room was clean and spacious. Teenagers loved that Starbucks was in the lobby. The gentleman that works there was so friendly and has a great sense of humor. The pool was nice, a bit chilly but after walking around the zoo for the day, according to the teenagers, it felt good. We would stay here again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Fading neighborhood

Jul 4th, 2019

Not sure this is the right courtyard (stayed at NW) but the neighborhood seems to have gone downhill. That said, we were very pleased with cleanliness and friendliness. Sign said not responsible for articles in car, but all went well. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Customer Service? What's that??

Jun 8th, 2019

This is the tale of Josh and Ron. Josh is the "Guest Services Manager" at the Courtyard. Ron is a front desk person at the new Springhill Suites down the street. My Platinum Elite status at Marriott cost a minimum of $5,000 ($100 x 50 nights). It includes early check in when available. Upon arrival, Josh said a room would not be available until "at least between 2:00 and 3:00" and that I could come back then. Ok...wait. Housekeeping in all these places are knocking on doors around 9:15. People leave early. Josh...was not going to budge to make it easy to get a room. And, he was smug in his unavailability and lecturing in his "authority." A quick call to the Springhill and Ron answered. "Yes, I have a room...I'll book it for you." Effortless, easy, available, friendly, accommodating, nice, clean, new. Stay at the Springhill... And oh...Josh, you might do well to go spend a few days observing Ron. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Nice hotel, good location

Jun 7th, 2019

This is a well located hotel on the edge of the business district, a short walk (3 minutes) from the entertainment of Bricktown and is opposite the convention center. Car parking is available on site for $15 per day (valet parking $24) although you must check-in before parking your car. The rooms were spacious and clean and our room contained a safe. The hotel has good amenities from the business facilities to exercise facilities and breakfast is available ($12.95 continental, $15.95 full), if you have a good appetite I recommend the latter. The is a friendly bar on site which is open until 11pm. Finally I would add that at all times the service was very good. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Inconsistent, disappointing

May 21st, 2019

The initial check-in host was very friendly and helpful. Things were not so good after that. We had to have the front desk track down the valet every time we needed our car. Valets were not busy, they were inside the hotel hanging out. The last request was made to two desk clerks who were much more interested in something on their cell phone than assisting guests. Breakfast was overpriced for the offering. Had to find the person who made the omelettes. Breakfast area was dirty. Oatmeal was like concrete. No lids for coffee. This was certainly not worth the $15 they charge. Will not stay here again in the future. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
