Wonderful stay

Aug 16th, 2019

We love this place. Very calm and relaxing especially in Paris. It’s a little bit far from the center but you have the metro and buses. Special thanks to Ana ( reception ) for being helpful and professional. The breakfast was great with lots of varieties. Kalid was very attentive and friendly. We will definitely come back. Business hotel but worked great for sightseeing

Aug 6th, 2019

I had my doubts that the Courtyard would be too far away from Paris for sightseeing but it was perfect. The price made it so appealing and the metro into the city was easy to find and safe to walk the short distance. I appreciated all the help the staff gave us and treated us with respect. Each morning and evening we were greeted with a friendly "Bonjour". Our room was very clean and beautiful. Perfect for our Paris getaway. We are glad we stayed here and would happily return. "Merci" to the helpful and friendly staff. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

My husband and I went to Paris for business trip and we stayed in this hotel. Far from the city , near Paris football stadium but with the metro you can access everywhere. The check-in was disappointed because everybody was just busy with there own work and we had to wait long. When you ask question , you received answers in a rude way as if you are disturbing them. Great breakfast. Had a great moment with Anna at the reception who worked night shift. So friendly compare to others. For business travelers, this hotel is good. Room was cleaned and not noisy. We will come back to Paris but we’ll try something else. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Good value, far from sites, working neighborhood

Jul 8th, 2019

Review: Courtyard by Marriott Paris Saint-Denis We stayed at this Marriott during the Women’s World Cup. Hotel location: The hotel is far from the major Paris sites. If you plan to see the Eiffel or Louvre, plan extra time. The metro is within 5 minutes walking distance, but we always had to take at least 2 metros to get to a major site. The metro is very easy to use. We used google maps to get us where we need to go. It was very clear on which train to take. Uber and Taxis were expensive to get to the city centre. This will add up quickly. The hotel is located in a working class neighborhood with few restaurants in walking distance. We researched a few places to eat one day, walked about a mile, and all were closed mid-afternoon, even though the hours were correct per Trip Advisor. Staff: The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We never had an issue. Daily cleanings were consistent. Room: We had 2 adjoining rooms. The size of the room was larger than most European hotels, but smaller than American hotels. The room was clean, but quite worn and dated. Bathroom: The bathrooms were a bit small. The tile grout was nearly gone or mildew-black. The bathroom needs a renovation. Like most European hotels, there were no wash clothes. Facilities: the lobby and breakfast area is large with plenty of social and eating places. There’s an outdoor patio with a pet rabbit. One night we enjoyed watching a match in the lobby. There’s a computer and printer for guest use. This made it easy to print our Cup tickets. The hotel also sells a variety of snacks, sodas, bottled water, and beer. Restaurant: We had the daily breakfast. The hot breakfast consisted of hash browns, sausage, bacon, eggs. The cold breakfast including yogurt, nuts, fruit, cereals, etc. there was fresh bread, pastries and croissants. Juices and coffee was also offered. The hotel serves dinner most nights, but not on Sunday. Be sure to plan for that. We did use the bar for snacks and drinks a few nights. It’s not cheap - typical hotel markups. Overall value: The hotel was considerably cheaper than the city hotels which is why we chose it. It’s clean, a bit worn and definitely not convenient. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Thereafter despite of repeated request 2 rooms were given far away from each other. Deffinately not staying again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
