Horrified experience

For several times, the hotel staff knocked at my room door at around 1:30am & shouted into my room even when the No Disturb sign was switched on. That was not enough, after that my room phone rang at this week hour, the hotel staff asked me if I asked for toothbrush. Obviously not. Couldn’t sleep after that😡 Later during breakfast, their waitress spilled soya drinks on my brand new Ted Baker Winter coat😤 Does this Hotel have simple but standard hotelier and F&B SOPs? Never come back to this hotel to stay anymore! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Nice hotel near Green oasis of Shanghai

This is very nice hotel in a peacefull quarter of Shanghai, near by Century Park, one of the green resorts of this huge city. The hotel is well maintained and rooms are clean and spacious and eqipped with all necessary things you might need. There is a working table with enough space for a comupter and with enough electrical connections for all your gears. Bathroom is large and well organized, clean and bright. Breakfast is excellent with large selection of various food. Staff is very professional and kind, my special thanks is going to the housekeeping manager of my floor (23rd if I'm not mistaken) who not only kept my room in excellent condition, but also predicted some of my needs - very thoughtful and kind of her. If you just need a good hotel for rest then go here. The hotel not bad. There are Good staff, very delicious breakfasts, not bad rooms, good services . But for my opinion we’re not a soul. So standard old hotel. With just ordinary looking. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

The hotel is nicely situated close to the metro station. The WiFi of the hotel is quite poor and the signal is very weak in the rooms. The rooms are big enough and the staff is friendly. However, I understood that smoking was allowed in the hotel with a result in various areas of the hotel the smoking odour to be present. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Rooms are spacious and nice, very clean, good sized bathrooms, other than that I’m not sure how it gets its 5 star rating. Restaurant and bar are more of a cafe, the food is poor at best and extremely expensive. Avoid eating here whatever you do. Very little English spoken amongst staff also. Location is ok.
