One night in Bucharest

Jul 27th, 2019

We stayed at this one night at the end of July of 2019. At the arrival on 9:30 AM, the front desk officer was verry kind and gave us a room even then chek-in started ar 2:00 PM. The room was clean and spacious, with panorama. We don't liked there was a bathrobe and a pair of slippers missing. I called the reception to ask for these things, but after 30 minutes no one come to us to bring them. I had to go and ask it at the reception once again. Also, I didn't like girl's attitude of the SPA. The Spa was nice, clean and relaxing. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Excellent Again

Jul 21st, 2019

Once again Crowne Plaza does not disappoint. Hotel is well located to downtown Bucharest center with parks nearby. Room and bathroom are spacious and very clean with a nice balcony. Tv actually had more than a couple English speaking news channels - there were several other English channels. There are many spa services available with a nice pool. Breakfast is first rate with lots to choose from. Staff is very friendly and are looking to meet all our needs. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Bucharest. Great stay at the Crowne Plaza Bucharest

Jun 24th, 2019

I recently stayed for one night at the Crowne Plaza Bucharest, after an event not far from the hotel. Being an IHG Platinum Elite member, I was upgraded to an Executive Suite. A wonderful suite, spacious, supremely comfortable and equipped with all amenities. I was impressed by the bathroom, very large, separate bathtub and walk-in shower, good lighting and fixtures. The quality of the bed guaranteed me a good night sleep. A nice touch was a plate with fruits that was waiting for me in the room. I also used the hotel spa, the swimming pool, in the morning. It was fantastic, perhaps the best hotel spa in Bucharest. Very luxurious, quiet and relaxing. Will definitely be back when the location of the hotel suits my travel plans! Special thanks to Ms. Monica N. for taking into consideration my preferences. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Chose this hotel for location and spa facilities

Jun 2nd, 2019

Happy with the location, as it wasn't too far from the airport apex 6 miles. We avoided driving in the centre of Bucharest. However, we were given the rooms with building works going on very close to the hotel. So a view of a crane etc. We had had a long drive so were looking forward to using the spa. The pool was great but the jacuzzi wasn't working. The water was cold and the water looked very cloudy...not very inviting. We had time to kill before we flew back home so we walked to the Village Museum which was well worth a visit. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

a business day in Bucharest

May 27th, 2019

I stayed in this hotel for a very quick business day in Bucharest. The hotel is well located from the airport (unfortunately I did not get the chance to go downtown Bucharest so I do not know if the location is central). The staff is very kind and attentive, The room is large and very comfortable with all the amenities you might require (including free bottled water, coffee and tea). Unfortunately there was very loud music outside until 2 am (do not know whether for a party in the hotel or a close disco) so the quality of the sleep was not adequate. The meeting rooms are well equipped and very functional. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
