Wanted to say Thank You to the staff and hotel for making us feel welcomed and taking care of our needs. There were a few that really stood out in positive ways; Bear, Charles, David, CJ, Sergei, and Pep!!! Thank you so much for all your hard work and acceptance. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

Booked a “3.5” star in Priceline and this is what I got. This place is barely a 1 star. Horrible musty smell as soon as you login. AC did not work at all the entire time. Only had hot water in the shower, they came to fix it, then only had cold water. They came to fix it again and he could only set it to one temp. Priceline called to get a refund, hotel refuses too. A joke on both parties. Don’t advertise as 3.5. Also there was no covers on the electrical outlets. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

When I checked in the man at the front desk sat on the phone for a good 10 minutes before he even acknowledged me and my daughter then he gave us a room key to a room that was already occupied so when we got to a room that wasn’t occupied it was dirty and the room smelled like a stale cigarette. Overall I just wasn’t very satisfied with our two night stay.. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Not bad

Mar 24th, 2019

We stayed at the Wyndam on NW expressway last night. We booked 2 rooms. Our daughters had concert tickets for a show in.Bricktown. This hotel is about 15 minutes from Bricktown. Very close to Penn Square Mall. About 15 minutes to the Outlet Mall. This hotel has been updated in some areas, but a little dated in other areas. The pool & hot tub were not open yet. They are both outside. They have a small bar and restaurant inside called "Enigma". We had a drink, but did not eat anything, but the menu looked pretty good. The rooms were nice enough. We had a King size bed, but our daughters room had 2 double beds instead of 2 queen size beds which is what you normally see in hotels these days. The staff, especially the bartender in the bar were friendly. Reading other reviews, they seem to be all over the place from great to horrible. I guess it depends on your expectations and level of hotel comfort. The rooms were clean and I didn't see any bugs or dirty areas. There was only 1 pack of regular coffee in the room and we both drink regular coffee. We of course just had to get more coffee at the desk and this is just a small annoyance. While I stop short of giving this Wyndam 2 thumbs up, it wasn't a bad stay either. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Not all the staff members were rude but customer service needs to be better. The bathroom tub clogs and doesn’t drain. The elevator was broken all day Saturday. Besides having an okay location, it’s not to bad but I won’t stay there anymore. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
