Awesome skeleton staff

Mar 29th, 2020

We arrived late to the hotel, I was given a room next to the ice machine and requested a change (lite sleeper). I changed rooms and realised when I woke up that I had left my food in the other room’s fridge. I called and ask for assistance and within 10 minutes housekeeping brought me my food. A few minutes later I couldn’t get the coffee maker to work (operator error). Thé same housekeeping Manager brought me a new coffee maker. She was really kind and very understanding. I can say that the skeleton staff was made up of mostly managers who were kind and understanding of my needs and I applaud them For being there for us. I am an airline crew member and our job is considered essential but I can say so is theirs!!! Kudos Crowne Plaza Seattle and Thank You!!! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Very nice

Mar 15th, 2020

Hotel is very nice. Room was large and comfortable. We had a king room on the 33rd floor. Bed was very comfy. Room service was quite good. Excellent location. Cons: parking is very expensive, refrigerator is tiny, no microwave. Will stay again due to comfort and location. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I would give this 0 stars before even staying there

Mar 7th, 2020

I had planned a business trip to Seattle in March. My company had booked this hotel and my flights on my behalf. With the widespread of coronavirus in Seattle and my medical history of being in remission from cancer my doctor strongly recommended it is not in my best interest to take the risk. Upon calling the hotel, they were immediately short and rude after explaining my situation. They refused to refund me and insisted that they would still charge me a cancellation fee. I requested to change the dates or put the cancellation fee towards a future stay but again, they would not accommodate me without charging in addition to what I had already paid. This is terrible customer service and they are taking advantage of people in a very vulnerable position. It is clear that they would rather take people’s money than offer great customer service. I will never stay at this hotel, will never book a reservation there, nor will my company for future visits. This is a terrible way to conduct business and they should absolutely be ashamed of themselves. Needless to say, even the airline and rental car companies both accommodated this situation appropriately without charging me a penny. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great hotel and area.

Mar 4th, 2020

This is a beautiful hotel the rooms are nice. The area is by everything. All the employees were so nice. The only complaint I have at this hotel is the front desk lady Irna. Was very rude. I have never written a bad review on an employee because I know the job is not easy. Unfortunately I did come across someone who went out of her way to be mean. The other people that were there even commented how rude she was to me. I remained nice and walked away. I would still stay here and recommend the hotel to others TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Good location

Mar 2nd, 2020

I'll keep this brief: Perfectly good downtown hotel ,very reasonable rates in my opinion ,under $200 which is pretty fair for its location which is approx a half mile to waterfront bars /restaurants.Room was clean, bed not too soft which I like. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
