We stayed here for 3 nights and it was great. The decor is charming the room is spotless and very comfortable. The staff was gracious. Restaurants within walking distance and Jazz in the lobby bar. I would definitely stay here again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Nice decor

Really nice hotel in the heart of Culver city. Live jazz every night and loads of restaurants nearby to choose from. Room decor is chic. Definitely will stay again when I am in town. Only thing is the room doesn’t come with the ironing utilities, which is not very business travel friendly. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Amazing service, gorgeous hotel!

First trip to LA and could not have been happier! Staff was so helpful and kind. The hotel vibe was the perfect mix of modern & old Hollywood glamour. Every detail is covered, great daily breakfast. Live jazz every night. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Huge Disappointment

Feb 20th, 2019

I’ve been here countless times. This may well be a charming and historic venue, although I wouldn't recommend it for a special event. After almost a week of attempting to get in contact with someone from meetings & events, I got the run around with differing answers from multiple people via calls and email. It took me asking to speak to someone in charge, to find out their dining room can only accommodate/seat a party of up to 8 individuals per table. The other private event options accommodate 20-40 individuals with a rather pricey minimum. All I wanted was a table to accommodate dinner and drinks for a party of 10 people to celebrate my niece's boyfriend who is graduating from USC in May 2019. Apparently if you have 9 to 19 people who want dinner and drinks this isn’t the place. It would have been preferable had the staff had been transparent and upfront. I have better things to do with my time than to keep following up and up and up. To make a bad experience even worse I was told, "We are happy to have your party come and hangout at the bar to celebrate". Thank you, but no thanks! I'll take my rather simple request elsewhere – and personally myself I won't be back! #BadCustomerService #PoorCommunication #MissedOpportunity TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
