Not bad, definitely not great.

This hotel is getting 2 stars from me. Mostly because it’s pretty run down. They’ve attempted to repair things and update it but the attempts have been futile at best. The bed was slanted, so by the morning, we were all off to one side. The shower head was rough, it couldn’t make up its mind as to which setting it wanted to stay on. And I’m a bit of a shower princess so i wasn’t happy about it. The lighting in the room was dim and not adequate. I didn’t feel comfortable walking around bare foot which is an important thing to note. The area is decent, close to the strip. But I wouldn’t consider it safe by any means. There were some sketchy people around, which I probably only considered sketchy because I had my toddler with me and I’m one of those hyper vigilant moms. I don’t think I would stay here again, to be honest. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

careful....

Really really old and stinky unclean joint. I couldn't believe I actually booked this place when I checked in - I had to go back and review the website to see how I messed up so bad..."by Wyndham" is what fooled me - I expected more. Man alive, the carpets were GROSS, there was some sort of unpleasant residue under the bed, the crapper was so close to the ground I almost had to call for help to get off it! Uber driver told me truckers loved it cos they could leave their rigs there no problem, Staff were very nice, but holy cow - think twice - and also, you gotta pay for wifi, Wife is still mad at me!!! 3 days later and she's still pissed. Horrible

Expensive given its motel grade facilities. Out of the two room we booked, we can tell the sheets have not been changed as you can see human hair and stains on them. Horrible experience. Never there again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Never again

Customer service five stars Room two stars and that is only because the basic were in the room I am very disappointed that this property is under the Wyndham banner. Cheap, yes, but old and needs a major cleaning in the rooms and flooring by the front desk needs to be replaced. My daughter and grandson did not even stay with me, she was concern if it was mold in the bathroom and the dust/dirt that was in the room TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Risky hotel stay

Jan 8th, 2020

This is one of the few reviews I have had to write and say all negative things. I was looking for something on the low price range when going to Vegas. We weren't going to be spending a lot of time on the strip so seemed foolish to pay those prices. But the rates in October when we went were high, even the dumpy places. $200 per night. We pulled in late at night. The first thing we saw was someone relieving themselves against a garbage at the McDonald's across the street. Come to find out that person was staying at our hotel. Big turnoff. We contemplated staying somewhere else but at 1 am it was hard to start searching for something else and pay the $500 for 5-6 hours of sleep. We decided to stay and basically grabbed our luggage and barricaded our door for the night. The hotel was loud with people, in fact someone was having a conversation in front of our door on the phone. After 30 minutes and wide awake my husband told the person to take the call somewhere else. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything. The room didn't seem dirty but not clean either. No cockroaches. The area is very sketchy BUT it was only 2 blocks from the strip so walk able. And we felt safe overall walking just was aware of our surrounding. I would never stay there again. Pay extra money and find someplace a little safer and cleaner. There are no elevators. Like someone else said the checkin desk doesn't seem to be manned at all times. They were dressed in street clothes as well as the maintenance help, which was kind of frightening since you didn't know whether they just picked up a bucket to make it look like they worked there or not. The checkin desk is at the entrance of the casino so you get all the smoke and stuff hanging in the air. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
