good value if you can get the cheap rates

this is a decent hotel, certainly not luxury. I have returned several times when traveling the area because it is convenient and cheap. Staff is fine. They have plenty of parking. It is near lots of local tourist sites and restaurants. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Charged twice

Iv stayed here March 6th and was charged two times for a one night stay called hotel said they would refund my card and still no refund would not book here again no help on trying to get my money back TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Visited for a reunion. - OK place, good value

We had a suite. Pull out bed and a separate bedroom with a kitchen. Did not use the kitchen but appreciated the extra space. Clean room. No problems with the staff who where very helpful. There were recent YELP reviews which I did agree with. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

The breakfast was horrible, the employee that was supposed to be having everything ready was sleeping at a table, had to go to front desk for help to wake her up. The next thing no hot water a main valve broke couldn't get a part it was Saturday, no shower. The best thing, I got all my money back. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Do not stay here.

This place is in a great location for sightseeing in the Mystic, Ct. area. But that is where anything good about this place ends. Very run down facility. Key entries from the outside of the building don't work. They don't fix them they just put up a note saying use a different door. Which for us was the other side of the building. Ice machines didn't work. Walls and ceilings are paper thin. Couldn't get any sleep because of the noises.I complained to corporate. They researched it and awarded me points for 1 night stay in the future but they make me go to the manager of the hotel for a partial refund. We stayed there 10/19/19. It took me about 3 tries over the month of November to get a hold of the manager Marvin. He said to give him an hour to look at my complaint and he would call me back. That was in November. I called him back 12/11/19 and he approved a $29.40 credit to my credit card. He said it would take 3 to 5 days to show up. It is now 1/16/20 and I'm still trying to collect. Corporate is no help on this either. They tried to get a hold of Marvin and can't. They told me to email him. In my opinion Wyndham Resorts has lost a customer. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
