Not ready for customers

Jul 25th, 2019

This hotel was not ready for customers. There were construction items thrown throughout the property. A very large awning was sitting in the parking lot. My room was missing a towel rack and the smoke detector had a plastic bag on it. Breakfast was concerning. We couldn’t use the waffle iron because the clearly said “it would cause an infection.” Four customers had already made waffles. When I asked what she meant she stated that a previous customer had gotten a infection from using their waffle iron. This hotel is worth $50/night not $85. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Good low-end hotel

Jun 24th, 2019

This is a relatively inexpensive, but good place to stay. The rooms are very clean and management has definitely improved. Each room comes with a small microwave, mini-fridge, flat screen TV, and a coffee maker. Excellent amenities for such a low price. This is 2-star hotel, please keep that in mind. The tv comes with a guide feature on the remote, the motel 6 behind this hotel does not. The toilet flushes well, the shower is decent and the sink has powerful water pressure. You also get hangers in every room to help dry and re-use the towels they give you. Bring your own towels if you plan to stay more than a couple days. I had a non-smoking room on several occasions and they were all wonderful. The a.c. also works well and the blinds on the window can be pushed together for privacy. The carpet on the floor is vacuumed daily. Everything is disinfected daily. The cleaning staff does an excellent job. At least when I was there. 😋 TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

The worst of the worst in all of USA

Jun 15th, 2019

Stayed here 3 nights in June 2019. This was our fifth major trip to the USA, visiting more than half of the country, including staying in many, many hotels, motels etc. This venue was really the worst of the worst: Extremely unfriendly, rude, aggressive, insulting staff! A dirty parking and swimming pool area. No fruits at all during breakfast. Syrup was out all 3 days. Bread etc. not refilled. Rooms were not cleaned despite asking several times. Very noisy during the night (noise from inside the hotel). But the worst was the aggressive, unhelpful and rude staff. Should be fired immediately altogether! NEVER again. Worst of the worst! And a bad location, far away of pretty much anything. Avoid at all costs! And also no elevator here. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

this place is okay -

May 24th, 2019

easy access to any where in town - room and bathroom clean - minimal breakfast served - most of the workers did not speak very good English. Some difficulty communicating when I needed towels. I would stay again. My complaint the terrible noise during the night. Very little sleep TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Terrible hotel

May 18th, 2019

What a sham. I visited this hotel for a single night stay 2 days ago. I showed up light after driving into town. The place looked ok, but the area looks pretty shady. I went in and the guy asked for my info. He then asked for my ID. I handed him my license and he proceeded to make a copy. I asked him why and he said hotel policy. I told him that I did not want him to have a copy. He then handed the copy and my license back and said here, but you can’t stay here. So he expected me to let him copy my drivers license or leave. I had prepaid so I asked for my money back. He informed me I would have to call the manager the follow day. I called the manager the following day and they refused my money back. They told me the copy of the license was a state law. When I requested to know which law they changed and said it was hotel policy. I would advise any one to avoid this property. Maybe if you are a crackhead and are not concerned about identity theft, but I’m pretty particular which places I allow my info to be stored at. I don’t trust this place. If you are reading this, I went down the street to a new Holiday Inn Express and Suites. It was new, very nice and only a few bucks more. I went there, they appear in a better location and guess what? No drivers license foot needed 😂 Do yourself a favor and learn from my mistake. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
