Casi's back!!

Im so glad casi is back from maternity leave! She takes such good care of my family, goes above and beyond. Me and my wife sure missed that genuine smile every morning at the front desk, This place just is not the same without her. We love you cas!!! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Wonderful front desk staff especially Angie and Britt

Yes the staff are friendly especially Britt and Allen, the night shift. They came to my room door to deliver towels, and one time brought me towels while I was at the front desk. I liked the single king bed room was roomy and I never heard any footsteps in floor above. I was on an extended stay here so I was able to sample the rooms and locations. I stayed only once on the 2nd floor (a corner room). The location was close to Pinellas Park and shopping areas of St Petersburg. Great stay with friendly staff. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Needs Improvement

First the good. The woman who checked us in was great. Problem with room location and she moved us with out question (we had a working service dog and needed some place near grass). You can tell the owners try to keep everything looking good and the pool/jacuzzi area was the nicest we’ve seen in years. Was weird one side of the motel was Days Inn, the other side was the super 8. Was told told owners own red roof next door and La Quinta the other way. Think to make the place nicer yes close one side totally refurbish the interior then do the same with the other. They also need to update their Internet the place was not packed but the Internet kept dropping. The room had the least amount of towels I’ve ever stayed at with two people we had a 2 bath towels (One each), 1 face cloth and 1 hand towel. There were a couple things they have no control over and that’s the type guest. As I was walking around the corner on the inside by the pool as I came around there was a person riding a bicycle inside and ran into each other mostly a grave as he hit my suitcase and he was apologetic. The only other thing is one time outside there was a smell like marijuana and I understand Florida has a medical marijuana law but the user should be in the privacy of their own room TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Angie and Britt Make this property so comfortable and they are so helpful and make sure We have everything we need ever day. They go above and beyond for thire guests.. all smiles and great customer service. So go make sure you see these amazing lady's. Thank you!!! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Great price and excellent service

We had an emergency situation at our home we had a very strong chemical smell giving us headaches and giving us sore throats and coughing. We booked a room online we arrived after 12 am. We arrived and the process was easy and simple. The room was clean and able to park right in front of our room. Alan Reeves and the nice young lady i spoke with on the phone before arriving were very helpful and provided exceptional customer service. Definitely will use them again when we are needing a hotel. Also the price was great for a last minute emergency! Definitely recommend this hotel! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
