I booked a room with a balcony and included breakfast. Didn't get either one. They claim to make no guarantee of a balcony room even though its stated in the confermation email. The so called breakfast was nothing more than a fruit cup and a mini bottle of water. They simply refuse to do anything to make up for the lying. Stay away from the crooked liars. Nice staff, comfortable room

All the staff we encountered were very pleasant and accommodating. Lobby was spacious with many seating areas. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available at all times. Nice “porch swings” and tables with umbrellas out back. Nice outdoor pool was open. Plenty of convenient parking. Room was comfortable and had most amenities, including refrigerator. Also included a desk with chair and a large upholstered chair with ottoman. Balcony had 2 dirty plastic chairs. Plenty of towels provided. Mostly quiet (except for some kids next door). Very convenient to restaurants and fast food and gasoline. Only a few miles away from Sutton Lake. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

The front desk staff was quite welcoming and friendly. They set the tone for the stay. We chose to dine for supper in the hotel’s restaurant. Informed that they had run out of the daily special, a baked steak, when we inquired as to any local steakhouses, they immediately offered to fix a steak, which was much appreciated. A medium rare steak order was extremely well done and the tortellini portion was fairly small; the burger was quite blackened; however, the side salads and French fries were tasty and plentiful. Our “No Smoking” room reeked of cigarette smoke, one pillowcase had hairs on it, and the WiFi was mired in molasses. Despite how high the air conditioner fan was turned ton and how low the temperature was set, we literally dripped sweat each night. Other than that, our room was quite clean, had a nice little supply of amenities and the necessities for making coffee or tea, and very comfortable beds. We were unable to experience the outdoor swimming pool, which was actually the deciding factor in our booking this particular hotel. After attending to the days’ business at hand, each night we were disappointed to learn the pool closed at 9:00, making it too late for even the quickest of swims. At all other times, the pool was packed to the brim with guests, creating a health concern for us that prohibited our entering. Our room had a nice little balcony with a pretty view of the mountains in the distance. The lobby had a clean, well stocked coffee bar open 24/7. They also had, in response to covid19, pre-boxed breakfasts for each guest. These were a nice, unexpected touch. Both check-in and check-out were fast and flawless. We would definitely select this hotel again, if in the area. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
