they really need to clean and get rid of all the junkies, vacuum their rooms with a good vacuum cleaner and they might need to get the carpets cleaned professional. but other than that its okay to stay TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Stop off

Next to the interstate but, quiet. Second time staying here. Will do so again. Clean and comfortable. Outside a bit rough but, don't let it fool you. Breakfast was exceptable: muffins, waffles, juice, milk and cereal, toast and jelly. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Poor Service and Cleanliness

Jan 8th, 2020

The room had blood stains and other stains on the comforter and chairs. The mirror had a dark discoloration (almost stain looking) appearance to it. All of this plus the arguing next door made us leave without staying the night TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Bad to the bone

Dec 2nd, 2019

It is billed as downtown. I would say the area is dangerous. The room was not clean. The mirror and windows were dirty. The bathroom had black with mould and floor too. Sink drain was dirty. The couch sofa had food on top of the fabric. The fridge made noise all night and was plugged into the wall using not ONE but TWO extension cords causing quite a fire hazard so we unplugged. Worst though was that this is clearly a location that is not tourist welcoming. The drug activity was ongoing all night long, and I suspect the prostitution activity was busy too. At 0230 in the morning I was very sad to see a child being walked around in the lot in front of my room. This was a real cause for concern. Between 0300 and 0400 three vehicles parked in front of my room. A drug affected woman approached my husband and requested a cigarette and in the morning two men also asked him for a cigarette. I was unable to sleep for many reasons: fear, noise, swearing, car traffic in and out all night, carpet sanitizer fragrance. I lay in the bed with my coat on because the blankets were soiled. We are now in another Days Inn in Nashville... I hope that from now on when unsuspecting tourists come to your city for the first night of their visit to Nashville, you provide a suggestion to move on before the room key is handed over. Manager was nice... refunded our money. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
