My experience here was A-OK! Staff Happy & Friendly. Was advertised for Breakfast and didn’t find out until I checked in that due to Covid they had CX breakfast, only negative that would have been nice to know ahead of time to plan for but there was a Nice Denny’s just across the parking lot. Don’t fall for the pictures and “very good” rating

Hotel is very dated, felt drafty, and non-welcoming. It seemed to be a hotel where individuals looking for affordable living stayed. Although the room appeared to be clean stains were on furniture and walls. Wallpaper was peeling, something disgusting was on the ceiling, bathroom was extremely small, and my family just weren’t comfortable. The check in girl Mariah that was there was nice and tried her best to accommodate us, but we were so disappointed we left. The rooms should really be cheaper than what they were. Filthy

I found a bed bugs in the morning and brought to the manager who seems does not care. The manager said there is a previous guest with a service dog in the room and this might be a tick.There was also a hole by air-conditioning machine that filled with papers and I have sown the manager these photos. Check in and out

The check in and out went great.The room I had was great to The breakfest was good to get something in me before my long drive home. The staff was excellent.I am very satisfied when I stay there. The rooms are very clean TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Overnight stay

Staff were excellent and prepared for my arrival. I would recommend this motel to anyone staying in the Indianapolis area. The staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. The room I stayed in was well equipped with a desk so I could do some work. The TV reception was very good and the sleep very comfortable. Checkout was very easy and complete. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
