This property is poorly managed!

Broken furniture and accessories ! Dirty, dusty & smelly! You can tell that the rooms have not been deep cleaned in a long time. The towels need to be replaced because they are getting too thin a rough. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I was appalled to see the front desk be curt to a customer in the morning over coffee and then I heard later the next day another desk clerk had been rude to a family member asking to use the bathroom. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great location.

This hotel is next to a mall and several restaurants. It’s near major highways and about 20 minutes from the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful at checkin and checkout. The hotel is in good shape but the rooms are a little dated. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

GREAT PLACE TO STAY. VERY CLEAN.

I am glad we didn't listen to any of these reviews about how noisy and horrible this place is. We would highly recommend this place to anyone. The pool and hot tub were very clean. The lady that checked us in was very nice. Our kids just moved to Vancouver and I told them to have any of their visitors stay there. We were very happy with the place. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Priced well, but has seen better days

This hotel is definitely getting tired, and it shows. The staff were great including the check in person Bob which was very thorough. We liked the early breakfast which was basic with a waffle station, but we had much better at the other 3 hotels we were at this week. Our first room had a toilet that constantly leaked, a really dented air conditioning unit, and was very close to the Interstate on the second floor where the noise would come in due to the thin windows. Got switched to another room and it was better, but the toilet leaked again after using it the first time, and kept on doing it after we tried to fix it. There are tears and marks on the wallpaper, there's a weird red stain on the carpet, the sheets had stains or holes in them and the chair in the room was filthy. The manager Amber was apologetic and helpful, but this property definitely needs some updating to bring it up to the standard I associate with a Days Inn. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
