Understand that COVID has changed things but come on! They don’t tell you there is barely any maid service - only every 4 days -, limited restaurant service - only Wednesday-Sunday and slim to none in choices. Also, no shuttle services. All of these amenities were advertised and we were disappointed to find they were unavailable. However, our parking charge was waived for the length of our stay. Probably won’t stay here again. One night stay

Location is everything for this older looking hotel. We picked this one to be within walking distance of Disney Springs. This hotel had best price compared to others nearby. Lots of restaurants within easy walking distance. Room was furnished nicely but a/c very noisy. Room had coffee, small fridge, and safe in closet. Bath amenities were there, but no Kleenex. Breakfast is not included (we knew this) nor did they have any coffee in the lobby early (didn’t know this). I was told they don’t put it out until after 7am by the desk clerk. Although we didn’t use the pool, it was really large; looked very nice. No charge for parking. We would stay here again due to location and price for short overnights. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I've stayed here 5 or 6 nights since Disney has reopened, and we have stayed here many times in the past. If it wasn't for this hotels great location (it's proximity to Disney springs) I don't think it would still be in business today. Was disappointed to see that the pantry was still closed on my most recent stay, but I'm able to purchase items to consume. This is for "covid safety protocols." I guess you can only catch covid from free items, not from purchased items. Of my last 2 stays at this property, neither has posted to my account, and one of the stays I was double charged. Marriott sold gift cards at a discount during lockdown, and upon using one for my stay (which took about 20 minutes to do at the front desk) both my credit card and the gift card were charged for the stay. I emailed the manager and he kindly responded to me 3 weeks later. In that email I received a copy of my bill so I could finally get the stay added to my account (since this hotel doesn't seem to send out the folios like the app says it will when you check out). While staying at this hotel I've seen both guests and staff walking around without masks on. The staff says nothing to the guests despite the prominent signage. Additionally, the toiletries here are horrendous. The shampoo and body wash seem to make your hair and skin greasier, and the soap looks like something you would find in a prison. I understand covid has been tough on the hospitality industry but if you want people to stay at your hotels you need to offer the same level of service they used to get, and stop charging for things that used to be free. To make up for a lack of any other benefits the hotel now offers free parking, something that should have been free to begin with. Charging $15 to park in the back of a dirty and flooded parking lot, at a hotel that regularly has homeless people sleeping in front of it is a rip off. Also the door to enter the hotel from the back parking lot (which normally required a key to enter) was left unlocked on both of my last stays, which were weeks apart, which means there is no one monitoring who is entering the hotel. Okay..nothing special, nothing bad.

Have stayed here several times. Most recently during summer 2020. Nothing out of ordinary. A great value, but unfortunately this specific property seems to suffer an identity crisis. This particular hotel seems to have brand fatigue stuck somewhere between Fairfield and Courtyard. The staff tried to do as best they could under the COVID circumstances. Pros: location, location, location...located right next to Disney entrance on Hotel Plaza Blvd. An easy walk to Disney Springs. Many food options nearby, many within walking distance. Depending on when booked can find some great rates. Cons: Limited to non existent Bonvoy benefits, seriously limited. Don't expect upgrades. Pantry still not open (they say due to COVID, but downstairs grab n go for purchase is still open..don't see the difference between retail and self serve Pantry relative to COVID protocol, guests still making contact with items) Complimentary water is not even offered to Titanium. Housekeeping can be sometimes spotty especially in elevators and hallways. Do not like seeing trash in the hallways, which is often. Since no daily housekeeping service, many guests resort to placing their trash in the hallways. Staff needs to monitor this more often and have trash collection in the hallways. One needs to keep an open mind staying at any property during the Pandemic. I understand this. I felt secure in this property, but feel they could raise the bar a least a tad. Nothing seriously bad but just seems very average as of late. If comparable rates were found at other properties it would probably be a tossup and the higher quality would win. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Not what I was expecting
Aug 26th, 2020
We arrived on 8/22 and stayed 3 nights at this hotel, upon arrival and after checking in around 4-5pm my husband and I dropped off our luggage in our room and headed out. Upon coming back around 10pm while I was unpacking I noticed the toilet paper roll was almost empty. While searching for the new roll, I came across someone's dirty underwear shoved in the side of the bathroom vanity. I went to the front desk and the lady was able to move me to a new room on the same floor. Upon arriving in our new room we found out the toilet was broke. The front desk had maintenance come up and fix it......well the next morning it was still broke. It was making loud noises all night. The front desk had to move us to ANOTHER room due to them not being able to fix the toilet. Not even a whole 2 days at this hotel and I had to move to 3 rooms. The only good thing about the hotel was the price and location to downtown Disney. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
