Good stay

Jul 20th, 2019

2 bedroom villa with family - accommodations are nice and if you luck out with a discount it’s possible to grab a two bedroom villa for a similar price as a regular deluxe room. Only reason this is not 5 stars is the housekeeping. As we booked straight through Disney as a “cash” reservation, we should have had daily housekeeping. Unfortunately throughout our seven day stay we had to call every single day to ask for housekeeping. When they did come by, the service was no where near the same as in the regular Beach Club. Otherwise it was a great stay. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Family Vacation

Jul 18th, 2019

Beach Club is one of my favorite resorts. However, when I decide to stay again I will definitely will stay in the Hotel not the Villas. The resort again is our favorite but we prefer the daily refresh of the room, towels, bed and garbage. While we were there for a week our towels were changed once and our sheets were never changed. Felt not at “Home” but more a second rate guest. This could have been possibly resolved if we complained but that is the last thing we want to do on vacation. We also kept thinking maybe they will get it tomorrow. We have one more stay scheduled in Boardwalk Villas which we had planned prior to this visit. I will confirm services at check in. Fool me once. LOL. I hope this stay is a little better. Resort staff were always friendly. Resort location is perfect for Epcot and HS. Pool is the best on property. ( the gift shop and food court smelled like an ash tray. Someone must have burnt food in the toaster/oven and it stunk the entire week) (The newer soda/soft drink dispensers are a step down from the older fountain system-1. There are two machines...each one can only handle one guest at a time. They are the multi-flavor touch screen machines. They were hard to work—you had to almost smash the selection to get it to work...now imagine a line of young kids working the machine. Took forever...our refillable mugs were not worth it. Lines were always long. Even working properly they take so much longer to work) TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Very nice

Jul 17th, 2019

We stayed in a 1 bedroom villa. Very nice room. Location to Epcot & Hollywood Studios was fantastic. The big pool with the big slide was fun but too crowded. The entrance to the pool slide was across the sidewalk so not in viewing distance from the pool. If you have younger kids the pool & slide at the Boardwalk villas is much better & much easier to watch the children. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Location is Great

Jul 12th, 2019

As Disney Vacation members since 1992 we have sampled all the Deluxe accommodations WDW has to offer. BCV is the top choice. Walk to Epcot and the Storm Along Bay Pool. Walk to the restaurants of Yacht and Beach Club and Boardwalk. Boat to Hollywood Studios. Depending on room location you may get a glimpse of the nightly fireworks show at Epcot. Our 2 bedroom suite was clean. We especially enjoy watching the World Cup soccer on the 60 inch TV’s located in each bedroom and the living room during the typical Florida midday rain storms. Disneyworld Family Vacation, Summer 2019

Jul 5th, 2019

Overall our experience was great. I expected perfection for the price that we paid for the Disney Beach Club Villas, which was about $550 per night. Honestly, the price did not match the service. Room: Very modern and clean. One bedroom suite/kitchen/living area/sleeper sofa. Just right for my husband and I and our two kids, who were 8 and 6 years old. Two bathroom areas with a very odd configuration. One bath had a bathtub and vanity. The other had a shower and a separate toilet stall. Awesome view of Epcot. Very comfortable king bed. Service: I expect perfection at Disney, especially for the price we paid. Maid service was mediocre at best. The sleeper sofa bed was not made up during one night. Our room had a washer and dryer, which was great until the dryer unit malfunctioned on our last day and ruined some of our clothes. The hotel reimbursed us for the clothing. Many of the questions we had at this hotel were answered with “I don’t know.” Even the concierge didn’t seem concerned about our questions and mostly just answered with a shrug. We booked our room with “Undercover Tourist” and were told that we would have club level access, which according to the concierge we did not have. Bests & Worsts: Best: Location: 5 min walk from Epcot, Large pool & slide for the kids Worst: Terrible value for the price, disappointing service TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
