Relaxing

Feb 19th, 2020

Stayed here for two nights and three days. Room was clean. Ate at the main restaurant down stairs for breakfast and dinner. Dinner was very good food. Breakfast was good but not as good as dinner because the eggs were dry and hard. Did not taste fresh cooked. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Very pretty

Feb 18th, 2020

We stayed for a long weekend getaway and had a great first stay at Dollywoods DreamMore Resort. It was such a pretty place and we loved the beds (sheets were not the best but the bed was super comfortable). Check-in was easy. Check-out was even easier, you just drop your room cards in a box on the way out! The pool was very small for the amount of children that were in it but it was good, water was cool. The hot tub was very nice. My only complaint about this resort is the hot tub :/ The lifeguards come out from their stand at the pool area (which a lifeguard is much needed in there, lots of kids and the pool goes from 3’ to 5’ deep) outside to the hot tub area if they see ANY child remotely close to it and make sure the people in it are 16 and older (it was almost to the point of harassment - then if you say your child IS of age to be in it they don’t believe you). It was disappointing how the lifeguards approached and went about it, although I understand why. Overall very good stay, we really liked it and have already booked to come back. We did not eat at the restaurant or use the spa. We also did not do the s’mores but it was a big hit and there was lots of people who participated, we will try next time (if it’s not so crowded)! Nice but definitely over-priced

Feb 16th, 2020

My husband and I came to Pigeon Forge for my winter break. We decided to stay here at Dollywood even though the park is closed for the season. We found the staff very friendly and the hotel clean. However, the rooms were nice, but not very high end at all for the price you pay. We also found the food here very processed so we visited other places for our meals. It is a nice place, but probably will not return to this hotel. Value for the price was not there! We love Dolly, but we were disappointed! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

the "fast pass" was an amazing bonus

We went for an extended family Christmas gathering. The hotel provided catered dining, stores for snacks, etc. outside adventures with smores and storytelling, and there was a nice bar as well. I did not try the spa, but it looked great. The shuttle to Dollywood was also great. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great getaway!

Feb 11th, 2020

This was a remarkable trip! We enjoyed our girls weekend. Dreammore is just what pigeon forge needed—a truly resort like feel with so much charm. Only thing we missed was an indoor hot tub (outdoor was nice but easy to miss and not the easiest to reach in the winter time) and the indoor pool was extremely too small for the size of the resort. It was nice they had lifeguards on duty as well as life jackets available for everyone but other than that, it was disappointing compared to everything else. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
