Elegant hotel for Dollywood

Aug 1st, 2020

We stayed here primarily for the Dollywood perks—a free shuttle and Fastpasses (or the Dollywood equivalent). What we found, though, was both comfortable and elegant. It was a great place to relax, and it was more luxurious than we expected. Don’t miss the free s’mores at night behind the pool! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Wonderful experience

Jul 24th, 2020

We stayed at the Dreammore resort during our vacation and we have nothing but positive things to stay about the property. They have top notch staff who go the extra mile to ensure that you and your family are enjoying every moment of your stay. They cater to families and have lots of family events like smore making, family pool activities, story time, movie night on the lawn, and many more. I highly recommend for anyone staying in the area. We love the DreamMore!

Jul 21st, 2020

My wife and I recently stayed at the DreamMore for what will be the first of many visits. We simply loved it! The hotel is modern and well-maintained. Our room was a reasonable size, and everything in it worked perfectly. The restaurant food was wonderful. The food was expensive, but delicious. Our server Rick was helpful, pleasant and very personable. The hotel staff were overall very friendly and helpful. The gentleman who checked us in was somewhat matter of fact. However, Jane the supervisor willingly adjusted our bill when we misunderstood the package we had purchased. She was most agreeable and pleasant. We truly enjoyed the laid back atmosphere, and the true Southern hospitality. Also, the tram driver, a lady originally from NY, was wonderfully helpful and conversational. We can't wait to come back when the outside temp is cooler. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

No longer worth Full Price

Jul 19th, 2020

Thanks to COVID, this is no longer a spa, nor a resort. Spa is shutdown. You get to reuse your towels (which we don't want to do with COVID) and have new ones delivered in a plastic bag and guess what? You no longer have daily room cleaning. There is no point in paying $345 per room in peak season. The staff is still incredible and went out of their way for all our other requests. However, mom's why go on vacation in you're the one picking up the room and constantly calling for trash pick up? I am probably the ONLY person happy about the strict mask policy, but apparently NO ONE IN neighboring GATLINBURG, except workers, wear masks. You want COVID, the new hotspot I predict will be Gatlinburg with LESS THAN 50% OF THE CROWDS WEARING MASKS. If I seem really upset it's probably bc my 14 year old six foot son has been sleeping with us the last two night bc the bunk beds are SO UNCOMFORTABLE AT THE DREAMMORE. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
