I was not notified when checking in that there was a tourism fee and a parking fee. I was not asked if everything was satisfactory at breakfast and my kid did not get his apple juice. I waited for the waiter so I could remind him, but he did not arrive till he brought the check. My towel in the bathroom was stained. The drain was not attached to the bathtub plug. There was paint on the couch, and there was still trash in my trash cans. The most annoying thing was the noise level, the walls are like paper. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

From check in to check out, the staff was professional and friendly. Courtesy text messages to check on their guests - great touch! The rooms were clean and lunch tasted great! Location is very close to shopping and restaurants. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great staff, great venue, great service, 100% would advise going again, food service as well as hotel rooms and staff were lovely, everyone was helpful and extremely nice. I was able to store my work related gear in the coat room area instead of my room, which was fantastic so i didn't have to lug it around the hotel TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

What's there to say? Hilton and all their brands have a high standard for quality and this hotel measures up. Courteous staff, clean facilities, good breakfast...all of it was good. If I had to complain about something, it would be the lack of free coffee in the lobby. You have to buy your coffee in the little bistro or wait for breakfast. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Worst Experience Ever!

The night clerk Steven gave me an attitude when telling him about an issue with the airport shuttle. Since I didn’t need to check in due to the digital key, I started to walk to the elevators. Steven yelled at me and demanded my name. I felt unsafe, so refused and proceeded walking. He then yelled at me that I was kicked out and he was calling the cops. He bragged about checking me out and making me (my company) pay without a refund. Do yourself a favor and read the Yelp reviews. I should have. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
