Older property but nice

One of the best hotel staffs I’ve ever encountered. Rooms are dated but clean. Great location. There’s a Resturant but no complimentary breakfast. The business area is well equipped. The lobby area is spacious and inviting. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Good stay, but housekeeping issue
Aug 2nd, 2020
Loved the location, room was a great size. The shower was nice and large. Restaurant attached was great, the bartender was very friendly! It did close rather early due to COVID, but I enjoyed the mixed drinks. I only had one issue, which occurred on the final day of the stay. We confirmed the noon checkout time, and my "do not disturb" sign was on for us to sleep in. However the housekeeper banged on the door around 9 AM and walked in to ask if we were still checking out or staying over. We were startled and I was unable to go back to sleep after that. It did leave a bad impression at the end of a good stay. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Its an old and tired hotel in a not so great area. I will stay somewhere else next time I am in Columbus. No queen beds- instead doubles. Air conditioner unit loud. Room reeked of smoke. There is a restaurant on site. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Awesome staff, but rooms need improvement

Upon check-in, the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Andrew was wonderful! The hotel is old and in need of improvements. The wall paper was torn and peeling in several areas of the building. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Stay Report - 3/17 to 3/18 Location: The hotel is located off Exit 8 of I-185 (Airport Thruway) on the west side of the small Columbus Airport (CSG). It's in a strip mall along with an Office Depot, Big Lots and a couple of fast food restaurants. Across Airport Thruway are a few more fast food joints. Its proximity to both GA-1 and I-185 make it really easy to get to other places from though a left turn out of the lot can be difficult during rush hour. Hotel: The hotel is definitely older though not aging poorly I'm happy to say. There's an attached restaurant and bar called Houlihan's which I believe is a chain, business center, pantry and a nice sized outdoor pool. Do note that for the five story hotel there are only two elevators so there can be waits. There is plenty of free parking and I'm happy to say, Diamond spots up front. Check In: A very helpful agent thanked me for being Diamond, offered me cookies and water and explained how breakfast would work. Staff here were all very friendly and helpful. Room: A little dreary as the room is painted dark colors and the lighting doesn't so much but otherwise fine. Nice to have a desk and separate chair and while the bathroom was small the shower was recently renovated and very good. Wifi worked well as well and there were outlets next to the bed Breakfast: Typically a buffet but with COVID it was order anything off the menu. I had a decent lox bagel. Service was very good here too. This is one of only two full service hotels in Columbus and I was very happy staying here. I'd be back. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
