Over-chlorinated pool, dark parking lot, a back door that does not require a key to enter.... definitely not what we expected. They have a nice spread at breakfast and good service, but maintenance needs some attention. TRIPADVISOR.COM USERÂ
Decent Hotel - Dated

Pros The hotel is spacious Rooms are clean. Restaurant food was pretty good. Had the filet mignon. Bar service was good. Staff was very friendly. Cons The hotel is very dated. Needs some upgrades for sure. TRIPADVISOR.COM USERÂ

There were a few problems: the buttons in and outside the elevator were partially burned out; the room was not cleaned on two separate days; the hallways could have benefited from a more frequent vacuuming. TRIPADVISOR.COM USERÂ

Had multiple issues. And staff did not address my main concern. Which was the fact of how difficult it was to open my room door. It took over 6 minutes after pushing very hard. Multiple floors have water linking from the calling. The WiFi did not work. Which was very frustrating. TRIPADVISOR.COM USERÂ
Hotel under maintenance

Took two days to get our TV fixed. Was told that it would be fixed the same night, but the employee was running late. Hours later I told them I was tired of waiting. They took my number down and assured me they’d call at 08:00. The call never came. I arrived back around 5:00 pm and was told maintenance was tied up and could not fix the problem. Later that night I went to check the status. The maintenance man unapologetically said he forgot. Finally around 11:00 pm it was fixed by a new remote. Not the level of service I’m used to from Hilton Hotels. TRIPADVISOR.COM USERÂ
