Rude customer service

This hotel's front desk staff are RUDE. Also, only two elevators are working for 10th floored hotel, its seriously slow, taking forever to use it. All equipment in this hotel is seriously outdated. Rude customer service. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great hotel - looks new and spacious. Great breakfast - huge variety in cosy surroundings. Visiting a pool is a must - it has amazing panoramic view, especially great in an early morning while no one else is there TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Excellent hotel with a very good breakfast. Good location, a big room, very clean and cozy. Beautiful spa area and pool with a very nice view (the hotel roof floor). Highly recommended visit, Lodz is great. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

First stay

My arrival welcome was disappointing. No warm welcome, front desk don't smile too much and they look busy with their computers and papers. I had a high "welcome" expectation. But in the end they provide good (not exeptional) and quick service. One more thing. Why don't you have a luggage porters? I was surprised once I've seen hotel guests with the hotel trolleys and no staff to help them. Trolley was full of thier belongings and they took care of it by themselfs. For me, five star hotel must include luggage assistance and front desk should be less grumpy but more welcoming to the guest. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
