Very small and smelly room

Jul 12th, 2019

The rooms are tight but hopefully you are not in NY to stay in your room. They have a smell to them that nothing made it better. We just go used to the smell. The staff was very nice and the room was clean. Not updated. Nice size tv. Check in is on the 2nd floor. Elevators are slow. The gym on 3rd floor has nice cold water. And the cookies are hot and tasty. No microwave nor fridge in room.. but plenty of places to eat and great location for walking everywhere. Overall, it’s okay for sleeping, reminds me of a cruise room. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Besides ok location nothing seems right with this hotel

Jul 9th, 2019

Our family came to New York almost every summer for few broadway shows and we usually stayed at Times Square. This year because we wanted to see Macy’s fireworks. That’s why I booked this hotel. However it seems nothing is right with this hotel. The receptionist was not friendly, there were birds drops on the window for days. We had to asked everything in the breakfast room. Ran out of food, milk, drinks, coffee silverwares. And every time we asked the staff looked as they were being bothered. We paid for breakfast included in our booking. The foods were very standard. Very clean and tidy

Jul 9th, 2019

This was a very clean and cosy hotel we went in January when it was freezing cold ut the hotel was so warm and was located in the perfect spot on wall street, so close to all the iconic places within walking distance the 9/11 memorial, central park and just on the next street was a tube station TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Nice hotel but not for anyone with mobility issues.

Jul 8th, 2019

The hotel, the location and the room was nice but there are only 3 very small elevators for a 44-story hotel with probably close to 400 rooms. The wait for the elevators was awful most of the time and several times we chose to just walk down from the 15th floor instead of waiting an average of 15 to 20 minutes for the elevators. Good staff trying to overcome a broken hotel

Jul 6th, 2019

A great staff but horrible maintenance with poor cleaning and broken elevators and toilets. We ended up walking up and down 5 floors because of elevator shortages. The room also had a cleanliness problem with hair left over from the previous guest as a bonus TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
