love This hotel

My husband and I have stayed here several times. Our place of choice when in the area. Walking distance to the casino, restaurants and shopping. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Outstanding dinner in the restaurant. Breakfast buffet, better than most. Lovely pool and hot tub. Going back in October TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great place to stay when visiting Niagara Falls!

Clean, classy, accommodating. My wife and I had a wonderful time here. No complaints. Also it is an easy location to find on the scenic walk back from the falls. The complimentary cookies are clutch. The breakfast delicious. Rooms are super comfy. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

NOISE. NO SLEEP!!

Aug 17th, 2019

Recently strayed at this hotel 2 nights last weekend and we couldn’t get any sleep. The noise from the hallway and our neighbours next door was horrible. The sound proofing is terrible and non existent. The hotel really needs to seriously have someone come in and fix this. NOT STAYING HERE AGAIN !!! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Worse than going over the falls

If you're dining in the restaurant and charging the meal to your room, please do yourself a favor and confirm the charges before you checkout. I had authorized roughly $26.00 and ended up being charged $39.56. We did catch the error and the hotel did the right thing (ended up refunding the entire meal) but left unchecked, they would have stolen the money from me. Yes, I said stolen because I was charged a different amount than what I authorized. The hotel provided receipts to show how the "error" occurred and they had time stamps. The time stamp for the higher amount was 20 minutes after we left the hotel. I was then told that those time stamps don't mean anything...really? Guests beware. I'm a loyal Hilton Honors member and if ever in the Niagara Falls area I will NOT stay at this hotel. Also, guests beware. The beds that these wooden bed frames that are much larger than the mattresses (at least in the double queen room). Be cautious when walking around them as they will tear your shins up. I must’ve ran into them 4 times in 2 days. Based on the wear marks on the corner, I’m not the only one. Never again though. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Lacks Noise Control and Guest Consideration

Aug 13th, 2019

After driving 7 hours to get there, all we wanted to do was eat dinner and get some rest, but the hotel had other plans in mind. Being July 4th weekend, we knew Niagara Falls would be packed, and we expected some noise level at the hotel, but we were definitely not prepared for the lack of guest consideration and noise level experienced. Given the room cost, a certain level of quality and consideration is expected, but we were wrong. The hotel decided to host a wedding/reception at the hotel, but forgot to mention this to guests. This hotel is just not designed to host large noisy receptions without considerable inconvenience to the other hotel guests. The reception area is strategically located directly under guest rooms with no sound barriers between floors. We were already in our room for the night when the music started, and it was out of control loud. I went down to the front desk because it was blaring to the point of vibrating things in the room. We asked them to control the volume or to let us move to a different room away from the noise, but of course, nothing was available. I specifically asked when the music would stop, and the desk clerk told me no later than 11 pm. At 11:15 PM, my husband went back down to complain and request the music to be stopped. It was well almost 11:45 PM when the music finally stopped. I would definitely NOT book this hotel without asking if events are ongoing during your stay. If the answer is yes, I would look for another hotel. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
