Great staff but overpriced for the facility and rooms.

The seventies called and they want their hotel design plans back. This place has new paint and furniture but the place feels dark and the rooms are cramped. The bed was decent. The staff offered excellent service during the limited interactions we had. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Horrible experience

Issues with computers at checkin. Took almost 10min to complete since the people at the only working computer did not help me and sent me to someone with a computer that was shut down. Ince checked in, I was provided the incorrect room number. Had to go back to the lobby and wait again to get my correct room number Coffee maker water reservoir was filled with old coffee ground and bags of tea or coffee, had to request a new coffee maker. Breakfast; it is ridiculous how much it costs. One continental breakfast was $18. I Other menu items did not include coffee or tea or juice which would be an additional cost. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Disappointed in Management

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one evening due to a connecting flight cancellation. After sleeping for a few hours before our next flight at 6:00am I accidentally left a small bag on the bed in the hotel room which contained $225 of gift-cards (my christmas present) medicine, headphones and a phone charger. I called the hotel within 15 minutes and let them know I left the item and couldn’t come back due to having to make my flight. The front desk manager left a message for house keeping and said they would call me back. After having to call multiple times they finally confirmed they had my item and it’s contents (confirmed via e-mail). They charged me $20 for the item to be shipped and upon receipt of the item the gift cards were missing. Extremely upsetting that only the hotel employees had access and would be dishonest enough to steal from a guest. I spent two weeks leaving messages for the hotel front office manager Mike Ferguson and the House keeping executive director Tom who both never returned my phone call. Finally I reached out to Hilton Corporate who reported that Mike/Tom will not reimburse me for my loss and do not intend to speak with me on this matter. Clearly this speaks alot to how this hotel values their customers. Hilton Corporate was unable to do anything except provide me one night of honor points. Clearly Hilton Corporate is not accountable for the lack of internal controls or customer service maintained by their franchises. As a publicly traded company the shareholders should be concerned with the dishonesty and lack of controls that exist in their hotels and hold the board of directors to higher standards. Although this issue may not be material this speaks to the underlying culture and morals of this company. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

A Nice Relaxing Hotel

The hotel was very nice and pleasant. The overall high ceilings were quite relaxing. Everything worked the way they were supposed to, and the room that I was in looked like it had been recently refurbished, except for the bathtub. The tub looked a little worn, and the shower head only worked in normal spray mode, and not in the massage mode. The bed and pillows were very comfortable - I fell asleep within minutes. The heating system was highly efficient and quiet. The view from my 10th floor room was incredible - was able to see a great sunrise out of the East facing window. The TV had good picture quality, though it did not have internet connectivity.  The Housekeeping staff were pleasant and polite. The front desk staff were polite but did not seem to have the spirit of service attitude of the Hilton brand that I am used to - I asked a front desk member if I could get cream for my coffee, and the member said I could not, nor did the member advise where I might be able to get some. The Fitness center had 10 cardio equipment, various body machines, and dumb bells. The swimming pool area was large enough for a pool party of about 100 people. The hotel also had a nice restaurant and a Starbucks kiosk. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Don't stay in the 100 Rooms

this is a beautiful looking hotel but there appear to be some rooms that are old and not remodeled which we were in. The 100 rooms line the pool area and the noise level is loud. We could not connect to the internet but we also did not ask for help. We decided to call it a night as we had an early flight. We stayed one night as we were using the park/fly. The shuttle service was prompt and the driver was very pleasant. The room was clean and the shower was good. I would stay here again but I would not stay in the rooms that are not remodeled.
