The Dylan Hotel, A Eurostars Hotel

Great location, fantastic staff

The staff at the Dylan are what makes it special, so friendly and helpful. Our room was large by NYC standards but a little bit tatty, curtains and carpet could do with replacing. Bed was very comfortable and toiletries were replenished daily. Location is fabulous with plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Less than 5 min walk to subway and times sq easy walking distance. Comfortable, beautiful and very clean room, nice bathroom too. Staff was welcoming and friendly which made our stay very pleasant. Location is perfect, central, walking distance to Times Square and some great restaurants and cafes. We would stay here again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great staff nice place! Checkin was easy and the location is excellent. Nice color scheme at the location which helps bring up the mood. Staff was helpful and willing to give recommendations around the area TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Hotel was very nice, room was roomy and comfy. Staff were very helpful and friendly but most of all, one block away from Grand Central. We took the train in and was able to walk to the hotel. We were near everything. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Excellent stay and very helpful people. They allowed me to stay longer in the room (2.00pm) without extra charge. The room is also very comfortable (except that there is no minibar). Excellent location as well. I would go back with great pleasure for business or vacation. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
