Great experience

Nov 30th, 2020

We had such a great experience at this hotel, all of the staff was super nice, hotel and room was clean and pool was great! Even with COVID going on, this hotel was fabulous! Across the street from Splash Lagoon and about a mile from the Millcreek mall. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Unresponsive front desk staff

Oct 16th, 2020

Overall, the hotel is adequate Unfortunately, the front desk staff does not seem to feel it is their responsibility to enforce covid measures or even hotel rules. The pool area was exceptionally loud way past the posted hours. After a call to the front desk, nothing was done to remedy the situation. So unfortunate that they don’t care about family guests but allow raucous behavior from irresponsible drunk adults. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

So So

Sep 21st, 2020

Room was average. Bathroom needed alot of help. The shower door had corrosion at the bottom and when you open the door would stick and the glass was coming out of the frame, little bit of a hazard. Did not sleep at all as there was a family birthday party that weekend and people in and out of the rooms until all hours of the night talking loudly at 3am in the halls. Other than that things were fine. Staff was great check in and out was quick and easy. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Mario is The Man

Sep 1st, 2020

My family needed a reconnect and went to Erie pa for four nights. My husband and I went first with our arsinol if Lysol and pillow cases/sheets from home to re clean the room again but satisfyingly enough it apparently was clean- The pool area was being wiped down consistently , floors washed, elevators doors and counters. The same man we saw throughout the hotel was also wiping down door handles at every chance he could. He had a cloth rag and spray bottle everywhere he went. His extremely pleasant demeanor also made our stay safe and enjoyable. A tense situation was occurring outside and he knew just how to diffuse the tension. It was another shining example to my children that even in a pandemic, great men can lead by example. Thank you to Mario Williams who is worth his weight in 100$ Bills! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great location; AMAZING pool, good value for money

Aug 20th, 2020

This hotel is a good choice when in Erie. It is easily accessible from the interstates (both 90 and 79). While not very close to Presque Isle (about 30 minutes), the drive there is very easy. There are a number of good family dining locations nearby. The staff is helpful and friendly. Everything is very well maintained and totally clean. The indoor swimming pool is extremely family-friendly, and very large. Again, it is extremely well maintained and very clean. After a day of driving, this will give you and your kids a great place to unwind. We were there with a child in a wheelchair, and found the accessibility features in relatively good condition; navigation in the breakfast area would have been a problem, but other than that the hotel is very amenable to people with mobility challenges.
