So nice!

Jun 11th, 2019

This place was so nice! Even though it was under construction it was very clean. I can’t wait to see what it looks like when it is completed. We got blessed and was upgraded for the night to a suite. It was great and super relaxing. Quiet room even though we were right above the lobby area and on the Main Street. Only downside was no breakfast, only fruit and coffee. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Just OK

Pros: the staff was nice- i had been traveling several days with my parents and they tired and our room was not ready so they moved us to a room so we could get checked in and rest. Cons: the whole place is dark and dingy and most important no elevator... i had to make 5 trips up the stairs to get all our luggage to the 2nd floor - it does have 2 TV in the rooms with the loft but the problem with that is you can hear both going .... bathroom is very small - you barely have room to turn around. breakfast- sugar and carbs - i recommend going next door to Bubbas- looks like they are getting a new building and hopefully that will give guest a more pleasant stay TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Well-Appointed Cabin in Jackson!

Jun 2nd, 2019

Absolutely loved this place! We stayed in one of the cabins, so my review will only pertain to the cabins. Cabin was surprisingly large - had a kitchenette, table and two chairs, sitting area with sofa, decent-sized bathroom, and bedroom with two queens (we wanted a king but none available). Great water pressure in the shower (that is one of my picky things). Chairs and small picnic table on the front porch of our cabin were a nice touch, and would have been great to see views of mountains in warmer weather. Cabin was in excellent condition (no telltale signs of wear and tear), and was very clean. Tasteful mountain decor looked updated. We stayed with our two small dogs in a “dog-friendly” cabin, and the place was so clean that you would never know other dogs had been there. Super convenient that you can park right in front of your cabin - makes loading and unloading so much easier. Kind of pricy, but everything in Jackson is, and what we got for the money with this cabin was a decent value. No breakfast, but you can get breakfast takeout next door at Bubbas (outstanding pancakes!). The hotel has convenient in-town location, with easy walk to town square. It rained and then snowed at end of May (!) when we were there - wasn’t expecting that, but we still walked to town square and enjoyed our cozy cabin. We will come back in the summer months when sun and warmer weather is more likely. Would definitely stay here again! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

The location for this hotel was close to the town square and all the activities. The room is ok, comfortable clean room. It's somewhat outdated with few plugs for electronics. No breakfast. Way over priced in my book. I know it is the location, but it is still to high for the quality. Construction interferes with parking. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great location in town, would stay again!

May 10th, 2019

We stayed here for a few nights in Feb to go riding at Jackson Hole. We were super pleased with the location, the cleanliness and little touches the staff would provide like cookies and coffee at the front desk. It was an easy walk to restaurants and stores in town. We had our own vehicle to get us to the ski hill but I believe the bus shuttle was just across the road. The hot tub was closed for renos but they gave us access to the neighboring hotels hot tub. We would stay here again! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
