Sketchy and scary

Nothing special..standard Embassy suites, but the hotel is very dark. They need for lighting in the atrium. The location is very remote, not too many things nearby. People for the most part do not wear masks in accordance with local regulations and hotel policy, and the hotel employees do not correct them. I noticed some very sketchy people hanging out here, including a young man outside the hotel loitering and from the smell of it was partaking in marijuana. I would definitely choose another property to stay at. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Best Hilton we’ve stayed at

My husband & I are Hilton Diamond members so we’ve stayed @ a LOT of Hilton’s, this one by far is our favorite. Absolutely beautiful & customer service is top notch! Tyler is absolutely wonderful, her customer service & personality is out of this world! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Stay Here if You Like Being Ignored and Enjoy High Risk Covid Exposure

My stay started with waiting for more than 10 minutes to check in. Not because of a rush, but because the front desk clerk was nowhere to be found. Zero covid compliance on the part of staff and other guests. Zero enforcement of stated Hilton Group covid policy posted throughout the hotel. Food service workers not wearing masks or sanitizing hands. But that hardly matters, because they are harder to find than a front desk clerk. I could have made drinks for myself and all the other customers at the bar while waiting for the bartender to appear. When she did, she looked at me, then walked away, once again to disappear into the nether depths of the lobby. After wating a few more minutes for a hotel staff member to show, I went to my room to see what my food delivery options were. Not wanting to settle for mediocre pizza, I decided once again to try the hotel bar/restaurant for food. The time is now 8:45 pm. I wait another 15 minutes for the bartender to show. When she did show, I asked for a menu, but she informed me the kitchen closed promptly at 9. Mediocre pizza it is. I ordered a drink that would be high alcohol enough to kill any viruses - had to since the bartender was unmasked, ungloved, and neither used or even had access to hand sanitizer. Neither did she bother to wash her hands before preparing my drink. I should say if you are at all concerned about covid transmission, you should avoid this hotel at all costs. Because exit stair egress doors are alarmed, you are doomed to use the elevator. To reiterate, no staff and virtually no guests were compliant with Hilton Group covid mask policies, and there was no way to mitigate risk by taking stairs or otherwise avoiding common enclosed spaces - elevators. The elevators, by the way, were filthy with food and drink detritus. I needed to hold the door open button so I would have enough time to unstick from the floor to exit the elevator. I am a Hilton Diamond customer, which means I spend more than 60 nights a year in Hilton Group hotels. I generally at least have a tolerable stay. This was my second worst ever stay in a Hilton Group hotel. ( The worst was the Doubletree North Druid Hills Atlanta. I still don't know if they ever cleaned all the bones out of the elevator...) This all might sound picayune, but for a hotel that charges $149 + per night, you do expect a little more in the way of customer service, cleanliness, and compliance with corporate public health policy. My recommendation is for travelers to avoid this place like the plague. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

TRAP HOUSE HOTEL

We frequently stay at Embassy and this is by far the worse hotel EVER. There where people hanging out in the back parking lot, literally strippers and weed smoke everywhere. I got the feeling "everything" was for sale and the room was filty. I am not exaggerating at all and I refuse to believe corporate knows whats really happening at this location and allowing this to represent the Embassy brand. The Night Manger goes by Sarge and the night clerk I can't remember her name where very professional they apologized. I had my wife and kids with me, and checked out immediately and told them I didn't care about the charges but they refunded me anyway. DO NOT STAY HERE TRUST ME!! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

The dirtiest hotel ever!

This was the worst hotel stay I have ever had! The rooms were dirty, I mean really dirty. I had reservations in downtown Atlanta and because of the riots, we were moved to this hotel. I would never stay in another Embassy Suites there are way too many better options. And I wouldn't feel like I would catch a disease because of the cleanliness. Hilton does not care about their guest or their safety while voicing my complaint was on hold for 30 minutes. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
