We loved our room. Staff was extremely friendly. Clean and cozy room. Our room was on the 5th floor and has no problem with noise. We will stay again next time we are in town. No problems at all with our stay. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Best breakfast

The best pancakes and eggs i have ever taste in a hotel stay, nice lady cooking. Thank you for the breakfast it was delicious. The afternoon snacks were delicious my son love the rice crispy. The hotel is a good located. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Good service excellence

Poor Customer Service

We checked out on a Saturday morning. Couple hours later I realized I left my computer power cord on the desk in my room. I called the hotel and asked them to check. They never called back. I called the next morning and they acted as this was the first time they heard about the power cord. They said they would check and get back with me. I called the next day and same results. I emailed the hotel and complained to the manager and no response. It was my mistake that I left the power cord, I just wanted someone to say we checked and it was gone. I am a diamond member with Hilton so I stay a lot at hotels. The last email that I got was I should call the hotel and talk to the manager. FxxK that, I have called the hotel three times, they can call me! I am writing this hotel off my list and it has really scared my view of Embassy Suites! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Great stay

We stayed here w a ton of other cheer family's. Every thing was full and always available. Staff was always cleaning and efficient. I loved that they had a shuttle to get us to the close places that we wanted to go. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
