If not for the great service this would not have been such a great experience. This property is in need of some attention in regards to room improvements. Carpeting, sinks, showers, and the furniture was disgustingly soiled. Not a good showing for the Hilton Family, but agin the service from the staff was amazing. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

This in a nice hotel. I was not expecting anything special during COVID and was not surprised or upset to find the red and bar closed. What upsets me is the complete lack of electrical outlets by the bed. I use a CPAP machine and charge my phone at night and there are no sockets available. These days that is unacceptable. I checked into room 434. From a first look it was fine. But after moving in and going into the bathroom, my opinion quickly changed. The bathroom toilet seat wobbled and therefore uncomfortable to sit on. The door also would not lock. The lock was broken. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. I book ES primarily because they have the best breakfasts. During COVID-19 I understand them not serving the buffet the way they normally do, however, the offerings were very slim, unappealing, greasy, and just not good. Worst of all is that their prices were at the level of their having the regular buffet; not the scaled down version of whatever they call what we were served. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We are frequent guests at this hotel but they need to step up their game. Even with the pandemic going on and very few people at the hotel and no housekeeping, service was lacking. No masks on at the front desk. We were told it’s optional. Given a dirty room to go to and then reassigned. No offer for extra points, no big deal. No food at the hotel but a packaged salad. Info about take out places outdated. Line for coffee in the am was same line as for food so I had to pay at the little shop or wait 20-30 minutes on the same line as again unmasked patrons waited to get served. Happy hour is literally an hour and a joke. Bar closed at 8. The rooms are old and tired. Shower curtain doesn’t fit the bar it’s on and the hairdryer was out of the 1970s. Lots of new hotels going up in the area. Well stay at the new Marriott next visit. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Ok first of all, for the money you pay for two to three nights you would think that you would get free Wi-Fi, but instead you get the option of paying either $5 a night or $10 for the weekend. And second of all they find they have an awesome pool the only thing is pool closes at 8 p.m. and for families with kids you know but the kids are going to want to swim past 8 p.m. third of all they give you a card I guess a voucher when you sign in for two free drinks between 5:30 and 7. And when I asked about a Jack and Coke I was told it's $10. Also age of the room is either scalding hot or freezing cold there is no in between honestly The only positive thing I can say about this place what's the breakfast and that's just sad. And let's not forget the gift shop where every item no matter how big or small is $25 a piece not to mention very few items to choose from maybe some houndstooth Bear Bryant hat or Ty Beanie Babies. So yeah overall I think my wife and I will find somewhere else to stay from now on. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
