This location was great. Rooms were clean. Everyone was great from the check-in agent, the cook at breakfast, and the manager walking around making sure the property was clean. Loved it. I will be back. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

This hotel was a very nice property. It was super clean, the ladies at the front desk was so kind, and the gentleman who was cleaning the rooms was extremely kind. The room was spotless when I got there and it made me feel comfortable knowing I was being protected from viruses. I will be back! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

The staff are friendly, helpful and practice safe measures during COVID-19 epidemic. They were wearing masks and glove during breakfast and front desk. The only thing I can complain about breakfast is that the beverage and cereal is still self serve. The breads and apples are wrapped in plastic. The area is very nice with an outdoor mall very close by. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Chose this place bc it had one of the higher reviews on google, not sure how that was possible. A/C didn’t work, floors/countertops were sticky (Seemed like from overuse of Cleaning product), walls were paper thin (kept getting woken up by neighbor slamming doors. This was annoying bc no reason to have neighbor in first place due to low hotel capacity during Covid). Gym was pretty nice at least. Way overpriced for this experience. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Reserved this Embassy Suites for our honeymoon. Checked in after our wedding only to find the bar sink broken, toilet broken, toilet handle broken, bathroom light not working, bedroom light not working and the bedroom wall switch swinging freely to expose wires. Website claimed our suite had a bathtub, which was a requirement for us. It did not and the hotel does not have tubs in any king rooms. (Checked the Hilton website to confirm) During booking, under the special requests I asked for NO feather pillows. Arrived to find 4 feather pillows and no other pillows. Desk clerk said they do not get the special requests from third party websites. We were not allowed to cancel because we booked via a third party website. They did not have another room to move us to. We found another hotel and had to pay for two. It was a horrible wedding night experience. I do not recommend booking a hotel thru this website. Had I booked directly thru the Hilton website I would have been given correct information (suite had no tub) and would have been allowed to cancel due to the broken things. Lesson learned. Book direct. The information on third party websites is not correct. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
