I stayed here October 22. I watched a bed bug crawl out of the pillow case as I was falling asleep. I immediately checked out and notified Hilton. Their follow-up stopped at “we contacted the hotel manager”, and the hotel manager follow-up stopped at “I called my exterminator service”. The room charge was never removed and there has been no further contact, so at this point I assume they believe the issue was resolved. I’ve already warned my colleagues to avoid this location, and am only submitting this review to warn others. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Loved our stay at Embassy Suites. Staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. Both Evan and Tanner went out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable. Made to order breakfast was great and our room was lovely. If I'm ever in Lexington again this will be my go to hotel! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
A very nice visit for a first time visitor

We enjoyed our stay at Embassy Suites. The common areas were large and impressive. The breakfast was free and excellent. Only complaint was that the room was somewhat sparse and dated. But I think overall it was very nice and would most certainly return. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We brought a horse to Lexington emergently to Rood and RIddle Equine Hospital (Praise God, this ended well). By the time we arrived and had the horse admitted, it was too late to make the 2.5 hour drive back home. Enroute, we anticipated as much, and I called Embassy and spoke to Carrie, at the front desk, explaining the situation. I then kept her updated of our time schedule. She waited for us, until we arrived at 3:15 am to the hotel, to check us in. We have stayed at Embassy in Lexington 5 times, and always found it to have consistent quality. But this time, the service from Carrie was exceptional, and it truly felt like we had come home after a stressful trip TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Nice Hotel, But Experience Marred With Hidden Fees & Terrible Complementary Breakfast
Aug 5th, 2020
Recently my wife and I stayed at the Embassy Suites in Lexington, KY. The hotel itself is very nice, and the room appeared to be very clean with their enhanced Covid era cleaning. The room rate was $149/night. However, like a lot of other city hotels, there was an added $24 in state, city, and room tax fees. The other hidden fee that I really didn't appreciate and was not announce initially was a $10.00 per night "Parking Fee." Totally ridiculous!! The self parking is in a large area right outside the main entrance. It's not valet or have any special amenities. What's next? A "Lawn Mowing" fee? An "Elevator Maintenance" fee? This is shameful that Embassy Suites "hides" this unannounced fee, and doesn't make it part of the room rate. The other portion of the stay that was less than satisfactory was the "complementary" breakfast. The eggs were powdered scrambled. Ugh! I suppose the hotel is abiding by the phrase "something is better than nothing", but in this case, nothing would have been far better. The packaged muffins were terrible, the fruit was bruised and old. If you stay here, skip the breakfast all together and go to McDonalds! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
