NOT A SAFE PLACE TO STAY
Oct 27th, 2020
I stayed there for 21 days for work, My vehicle was broken into, smashed out the passenger window and stole my work computer. This hotel has NO CAMERA"s because they don't want to be responsible and there is no security on the premises, several other of my coworkers were broken into also and had things stolen. Thinking this was a high end hotel and it would be safe but it wasn't. Kids ran up and down the halls and kept us awake slamming doors and yelling sometime till midnight even though we complained to the front desk. Pick a safer place, would be my advice. Excellent hotel but overwhelmed during Labor Day weekend, pandemic and Cameron Peak fire
Sep 14th, 2020
Kudos to Hilton for a real hot breakfast and nightly Manager's Reception during the pandemic. Reception was single serve snacks but still had full bar open. Breakfast was excellent given the circumstances, the pork green chili sauce was outstanding. Rooms are a little dated but very spacious. Hotel was command central for Cameron Peak fire fighters and was sold out all four nights we were there. Add Labor Day weekend tourists (like us) and the pandemic and the place was overwhelmed. Too many guests did not follow the "2 per elevator" rule along with not wearing masks in public spaces. Quite unsettling when some maskless Covidiot attempts to jump on the already maxed out elevator with you. Need education on elevator limits during check in process. Management needs to staff front desk adequately during high volume days. Felt sorry for the hard working overwhelmed personnel at Front Desk. TRIPADVISOR.COM USERÂ
excellent

Large room/suite clean with no issues. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Safe in room. Location is slightly inconvenient. Is a very large hotel... lots of people and kids. Soft bed Full breakfast service. Most hotels are using the pandmic to reduce this service even though restaurants are open for dining in all location we've visited. TRIPADVISOR.COM USERÂ
