This property gives the impression of barely staying open. It's somewhat understandable during these trying times and it seems to be reflected in the discounted pricing you can find just about every night of the week. We stayed over a Sunday night and the property was probably at about 10% occupancy. No evening cocktails or morning breakfast were offered and we were told that it was because there weren't enough people staying there to make it worthwhile. The gift shop and bar remained closed during our stay. All of this makes sense during the pandemic. At the same time, there are some areas where you can't scrimp. The parking lot is full of leaves that fell a few months ago, along with several pieces of garbage, and the grass needs mowing. When we took a dip in the pool we saw used towels left on just about every chair in the area as if it had been a day or two since it was serviced. Our tub had hairs in it that didn't belong to us, and the bedside phone was covered with dust. These details definitely undermine all the COVID-related cleanliness branding. Long story short, if a hotel would normally cost $180 and you can book it for $110 you know there must be a reason. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Go somewhere better

Despite the hotel’s additional efforts to comply with Extra cleanliness due to Covid, our room was yucky. It smelled like cat pee and smoke. The room was poorly lit and very worn. For 4 people, we had 2 towels, 2 wash cloths, 2 hand towels. We didn’t have enough toilet paper or tissues. It’s almost as if the hotel knows their rooms are nasty, so they are offering “Pure” rooms, where the air is filtered and nothing smells! I wish we had gotten one of those rooms! The pool looked dirty. Empty beer bottles were dispersed in potted plants. At breakfast, I never saw staff cleaning the tables. What used to be a wonderful breakfast, is now mediocre with a limited selection. We came here years ago thinking they had one, and they said they no longer had one, yet they are still advertising it on their website. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Dated, not typical Embassy Suites. Clean and inexpensive but no frills.

Positives: The night front desk clerk and the morning clerk were friendly. Night clerk was NOT wearing a mask. Location good and very safe area. Negatives (notice plural): From the personal items cooler behind the front desk that has a glass front door so you can see the employee meals (which set the tone of the hotel) to the entire dated interior to the fact our lock on our door was broken and did not work, to the lack of bacon, or even cereal and milk in the morning breakfast choice, to the reservations clerk announcing we would have to pay $5 for parking. (The charge for parking in their lot (no garage) was waived. Since when do you have to pay for parking in a hotel lot? No coffee or tea in the room. One towel. I mean, c'mon. This hotel I believe is an old Radison that was converted to the ES brand. It has the open balcony floorplan with exposed railings that are dilapidated and a bit scary if you bump into them. We were shocked and disappointed. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Go on down the road!

Let me start this by saying I have never left a review for anything that I remember. I stay at Embassy suites most of the time when I have grandchildren with me. This was the filthiest one I have ever been to. Not only were the rooms dirty and smelled, but the halls, dining area, and elevators were as well. Every elevators floors were disgusting your feet stuck to them. There was black areas all over the floors from people who spilled things and the dirt stuck to it. Obviously haven’t been mopped for weeks and weeks. The dining room was nasty. I brought sanitizing wipes and cleaned our chairs and tables thoroughly. It wasn’t because they were busy that everything looked so disgusting. There was probably only eight occupied rooms due to the coronavirus. Three of the rooms were rented by me. My room smelled and was not clean. The cabinets the tables all the furniture was dirty with hand marks and food smears. My husband and I cleaned the room washing down everything before unpacking. I am not lying when I say I woke up several times thinking how much this room stunk. Yes they were short staffed but the charge for the rooms were the same. I expect to have a hotel that is swept mopped and wiped down. By the smell in the room this hotel has been on the down slide for sometime. I will say however the older gentleman working the breakfast station was absolutely wonderful. He was a hard worker and wanted to make sure that he did the best he could for you. Do yourself and your family a favor and go on down the road to a different hotel! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We stopped here after a long car ride and it was awesome. They follow all Covid-19 safety precaution and the service was great. The front desk was so helpful need extra towels they are on it. The breakfast was okay but I do miss the embassy cook to order breakfast. We will be back. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
