I recently stayed at this location during my travels to Florida. I must say I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the building and friendliness of the staff! The swans in the lobby are a beautiful addition. I would most certainly recommend and would return in a heartbeat. The GM is doing an amazing job. Kudos to her for building a solid team! Keep up the great work! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Not Like the Embassy Suites Hotels I Have Stayed At Before...

We recently stayed 3 nights and this hotel is in total disarray. It needs new management and/or new ownership. I do not recommend staying here. Trash is everywhere! In the parking lot scattered on the ground, in the parking garage, and inside the hotel itself are overflowing trash cans. There was no soap the whole time we were there in the handicapped lobby restroom (during a pandemic). The other lobby restrooms were a mess the whole time we were there. Breakfast was ridiculous. One day with 45 minutes left, they had slices of white bread and envelopes of oatmeal. That was it...really! Other days it was not much better. No pastries, bagels, croissants, etc. Only one day was there a muffin option, and there was no choice...just a hard small nut muffin. And I got down there early the other two mornings thinking that arriving later was the problem. It wasn't. Embassy Suites used to be known for their great breakfasts. I guess that is a fond memory. And I never saw anyone sanitizing the breakfast tables after people left (again, during a pandemic). They were understaffed at least 3 of the 4 days during our visit, with only one person usually at the front desk and no other employees in sight. There was a pool party where I saw everyone arriving in the parking lot. The door to the pool was jammed open with a floor mat, so no room card was needed. This is a safety issue for children. There were at least 30 people. We were not using the pool anyway, but there were a few guests crammed at the other end of the small pool. The person who checked me out did not ask about my room or stay there. I don't understand the indoor swans being here, but left feeling sorry for them... TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Great place to stay!

This hotel gave you a lot for the money - delicious hot breakfast with many choices, wonderful complimentary happy hour with good snacks and a nice size room/suite. I liked that there were 2 sink areas, especially since there were 2 women in the room so we each had our own area to make up, etc. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We had a perfect family vacation! From the swans in the lobby to the friendliest staff, we loved every second! Complimentary drinks are amazing and the convenience of having food delivered to the room for kids was great. Will be back very soon! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We took a trip for 10 days to Palm Beach Gardens with the family. We could not have asked for a better place to stay! The venue and staff were wonderful and we especially enjoyed the two swans that greeted our grandchildren every morning! Eddie the waiter was so special and made us feel at home. Lien the housekeeper was the most adorable and always had a great smile and made our beds up with a special surprise every day! Rennel at the front desk was there for us throughout the stay! We would gladly plan another trip at this hotel! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
