This place is unsafe.

Room 540 at the Embassy Suites Philadelphia Airport is one of the worst places I’ve ever had to stay. Glass shower door was literally hanging on one hinge. Call down stairs, very careless attitude. Bathroom sink clogged, only one face cloth. Clothing iron broken and dirty. Just not up to Hilton standards. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Upon arriving in Philadelphia for a family emergency, we changed our reservation from another hotel in the local area to Embassy Suite. Two suites paying over $1100 for each. We were aware that their may not be amenities due to COVID. However we were not aware that the service would be subpar. Room were never cleaned or anyone stopped by to even ask. We had to go to the front desk to get towels for our room. First night, upon disinfecting my room myself, I noticed that their was gum on the bed covers when I pulled it back. Called the front desk to ask to have the covers changed. Her response was, “sorry housekeeping is gone, it will have to wait until the morning”. That is not the response that you give to a guess when your hotel is basically shut down, yet your rates remain the same. For six days and the amount of money that we paid between the two of us, was absurd. With no regard to making your guests feel safe and secure. Let’s not forget the trash that I had to sit outside of my door in order for it to be emptied. Only for housekeeping to pick the garbage up, but not to leave any trash bags in the can. Our immediate family resides in Philadelphia, so we will definitely be visiting the city again. However, we will NOT be patronizing this business ever again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

This is not Hilton Worthy

This Embassy Suites Hotel must be near the end of its useful life. Stayed here due to close proximity to Philadelphia airport, but will never do so again. Lacking employees and the service is near the bottom seen across the Hilton chain. Would not stay here again nor recommend. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Stay at Another Hilton Hotel

This hotel is not the indicative of the Hilton brand, customer service, expectations or quality. Upon check-in my card was overcharged, but management stated it was because I checked in with two credit cards. That was not my major complaint. We stayed there 7 nights and had no housekeeping until the sixth night. The room was filthy! I do not live this way at home, so I am not paying $1,100 to live that way at a hotel! The front desk staff and management were dismissive to concerns and acted as customer service was a chore, not a priority. I contacted Hilton for a resolution, but they informed me the hotel would only give me 10,000 good faith points. This is a joke! I would like for them to stay at a hotel with these conditions for a week and receive that as compensation. I’m sure they would be livid with the outcome as I am. Do not stay at this establishment! Charged me for room during pandemic, after cancellation attempts

Credit charged almost $300.00 for no show. Event cancelled due to pandemic and could not attend - a senior, veteran, and most vulnerable to COVID 19. Contacted the wrong Embassy Suites via phone. Advised the facility was closed. Credit card showed. Attempts to resolve with Philadelphia location hotel netted zero. Promises to follow-up from hotel General Manager- no calls or action to date to resolve. This has been ongoing for three weeks! Worst experience ever with any Embassy Suites. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
