No closet door, no phones, no coffee pot (but they had an iron and hair dryer), no ammenities, no "do not disturb" sign, no fire escape direction, no shower (broken)….WORST of all....NO ROOM SERVICE...we stayed in #907 for 2 days, had lots of trash (because you can't eat anywhere), plus beer cans (because no manager reception) and they didn't bother coming in to clean room (we were gone for 6 hours), no fresh towels, no clean sheets and all the trash. Only 10 cars in the parking all night and they put us in the balcony room facing the highway, there's some R&R for you! We couldn't even hear each other talk. Just keep driving, the lack of customer service is beyone me. I'll still go to Embassy Suites, as it's always been our go to, but NOT THIS ONE! Thanks for making us sleep in sqauller. Came for my birthday weekend with my fiancee... the ac didn't work... the bathtub was grimy..the glass doors to the balcony were cloudy and streaky. No coffee pot... and this is in the 2 room king suite. The worst has been the ac issue it is so hot in here I have a headache turning into a migraine. And despite calls to the desk nothing has been done. Don't stay here.... Doubletree downtown is so much better and cleaner and less the price. Idk how they call this more than 2 star it's worse than a Days Inn. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

This was by far the worst experience at a Hilton Property. The first room we were given had such a strong odor of cat urine. The next room had something on the lamp that looked like blood splatter. The sheets were literally torn and there was a stain on the comforter. There was food and crumbs all over the floor. We travel with our pets and don’t mind paying an extra deposit, but we don’t expect to receive less quality. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
A stay during the pandemic
Jun 11th, 2020
I was not troubled by the lack of amenities during the global pandemic; safety was and should be everyone's utmost concern. The small staff on duty were very helpful and friendly. My objections are about the room itself; as dark as a tomb with rugs that had not been cleaned in ages, the bedspreads were threadbare and also dirty, the sliding mirrored door was stuck and required much effort to open and close-the kinds of things one would expect in an inexpensive roadside chain motel; not in a relatively expensive Embassy Suites-disappointing. Embassy Suites Albuquerque NM - no happy hour or breakfast amenities. FYI
Jun 6th, 2020
On 6/4/20, Due to corona virus concerns, this embassy suites in Albuquerque didn’t offer any of it’s great amenities. There was no evening happy hour, no kind of breakfast offerings even coffee in the lobby, or even any bottled water. I was told there was in-room coffee but there was no coffee pkts in the room. I suggest to ES post this lack of amenities information on its local webpage and also its national website. The room was not the cleanest either. Not a pleasant stay...Buyer beware!
