A decent stay at best

Mar 18th, 2020

Embassy suites typically a great place to stay . A couple of things were a little strange. Like for instance they put all the guests on the freeway side instead of the quiet side. Note this was during the corona virus scare along with Disneyland being closed . So there was not many people here. We also left for the day and waited for maid service when came back and only the towels were replaced. The rooms heating systems is really bad. Felt cold the entire time u couldn’t turn heat up over 69. But the bartender and chef from breakfast were awesome warm and friendly. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great hotel! Wonderful staff!

Mar 12th, 2020

Stayed just one night while in the OC. Great hotel for families with the 2 rooms - and breakfast. Staff was very helpful. Indoor pool was great, because the weather was not. :) Would definitely recommend if you are travelling as a family. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Not a great stay

Mar 11th, 2020

The stay was disappointing, rooms were not what I expected at all! Digital key did not work and we found mold in the room. Outside of the room in the courtyard was nice but, the inside was outdated! Was charged $10 for parking per night and was advised that the $10 was for security patrolling the parking lot. I never saw any security just cones that blocked off most of the parking lot for a night club next door. I almost canceled my night there and was going to another hotel. I would never stay at that hotel again! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Friendly, helpful staff, but the hotel was not good

Mar 4th, 2020

We arrived from our late flight tired and ready to rest. The staff was friendly and checked us in right away. We went up to our room, only to discover it smelled badly. A musty/mildew smell. We grabbed our things and headed back to the desk, where they gave us a key to a second room, but it had the same issue. We tried one more time, and the third room also had a problem. Perhaps it was a temporary problem with a water issue or something, but it was disappointing. We were unable to stay at the hotel. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Club Hotel

Mar 1st, 2020

Though this hotel has nice accommodations; the location is left to be desired. Sitting adjacent to a night club 1: the parking for the hotel is not separate for guests - thus if you are there nights where the club is packed; you are advised that you may have to park outside of the parking lot (i.e. on the street) but you are charged for daily parking. So one night we couldn't leave for dinner for concern of not being able to park near the hotel and safety. The included breakfast is good - made to order omelets or ala cart - The evening reception is nice for drinks, don't expect fancy snacks - Chex mix, popcorn, tortilla chips, veggie dip. there is a shuttle to Disneyland but Uber is cheaper, especially non-surge hours.
