Great that it is open! Malfunctioning air conditioner!
Oct 27th, 2020
Initial stay started off fine and kids were having fun at the pool. Arrived Oct 23, 220. However, Friday night the room temperature was increasing to about 85 degrees about 11 pm. Turns out the air conditioner stopped working. Had to call maintenance and it wasn't fixable. Motor went bad. So we had to move rooms around 11:20 pm shuffling three kids asleep and transporting all of our luggage and food to the next room. Definitely an inconvenience and not something that was anticipated. Being a Hilton Member I figured they would take care of the inconvenience. I spoke directly with the employee and he said that Hilton would take care of it when the bill came Sunday. Bill came at check out while on the way home and we were only discount about $30 for the problem. Not what I was thinking considering the headache and not having air conditioning in Arizona. Likely wouldn't stay again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

First of all, a big thank you to Matt and Jenny for making our stay so good. we were having work done on our house and stayed here for 3 night, the room was outstanding, quiet, and clean, my wife worked in the hotel branch for years and was amazed at how friendly the staff was and how clean everything was kept. The only drawback in the stat was breakfast had a few things missing, there was no cream cheese for the bagels and there was nothing offered for diabetics. but it was still a great stay we will be returning TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Just the best stay we've ever had in 15 years!

When we finally got there, long drive from southern California, we were treated so well The lady at the desk, Maria, actually offered to keep the pool open an extra half hour just so we would have time to relax and enjoy a swim. The suite was fully stocked and perfectly clean. I did have the opportunity to speak with Ted, the General Manager, about the wonderful experience we had. It really was the best stay we've had in the 15 years we've lived in California. Notable employees worth mentioning are: Irvin front desk, Maria, Jennifer, Ted the GM. Even the manager of Housekeeping, Juanita, and her employees, were very pleasant. A VERY nice place to stay! I highly recommend it! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I stayed here with my son for spring training. The room was pretty nice. Big room. The air worked well. The pool isn't big and was crowded but my son liked it. Parking was free. The people were all pretty nice. The breakfast was very very crowded than there were not enough seats. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

First room was gross and smelled like smoke and second room was hot with a/c not working. Took 45 minutes and two calls to get someone to come. As a Hilton honors customer, I would expect better service. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
