Better this time

May 22nd, 2020

I had a so-so experience last time I stayed here, but really enjoyed it the most recent time. Nice and clean, and the free drinks in the evening are always a plus. Breakfast is far better than most hotels. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great!

Minor details could help improve the quality, for example during breakfast I needed allergen information but staffed wasn’t informed, pool was dirty looking but temp was great, and hour was a great touch! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

March stay

Mar 7th, 2020

We arrived in our room was about 89° we tried turning on the air-conditioning, then went down to the front desk, they said sorry it’s too early in the year and the air conditioning is not turned on for the entire building, and that we need to open and close a window to regulate the temperature in our room, we would’ve definitely stayed somewhere else this was definitely a major inconvenience. We also were not supplied with enough towels in her room and then we were told that we would they would be bringing some up but never it never happened, We have stayed at many Embassy suites all across the US and this was definitely very disappointing TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

80 Degree Room

Mar 7th, 2020

Customer serve was great. but nothing they could do to adresss the problems re: lack of temp control for the room, or having feather pillows which offer no support for your neck, and light shining into hte room from the night sky bc I could not draw the drapes if I needed the air to cool the room down to 69 degrees for sleeping....which nevver happened. Not group friendly

Mar 3rd, 2020

Picking hotels with great amenities and large common areas for our groups to meet before and after going out on business is a top priority. This hotel is enormous, but you’re not allowed to eat your outside food or drink in the common areas (atrium, lobby, hallways, pool area) but rather in your suite. Our groups bring snacks and order foods to share to keep costs of traveling down & to be able to share stories from the day. Being told that the atrium and lobby and hallways are a part of the restaurant is False. Also, having a security guard lap your group over and over and over is invading. We’ve stayed at many embassy suites and this one, two years in a row, has disappointed. Last year was the security guard creepily watching & harassing our kids as they swam and used the gym and sauna... Definitely won’t be staying again, and sadly the amount of people we had was huge. It seems that the hotel has issues they don’t want to deal with but would rather limit and harass their guests instead. The excuses for your rules or policies that are not Hilton policies, are ridiculous. I 100% say stay away if you have a group and kids and don’t want to be forced in your room while paying for a nice hotel to enjoy! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
