My Husband and I moved to this hotel after two terrible nights at the Union Station Hotel. It was night and day. The staff were proactive rather than reactive and were super friendly. The room was clean and was a far better location for downtown St Louis. Obviously with COVID there are certain things they have had to adapt. So the two hours every night were they provide free drinks is down in the lobby and is a limited selection of drinks and the breakfast is a pre packed and you collect from the lobby to take back to your room. However, they could just say they can't provide either right now. The fact that they have adapted to try and at least provide something, is fantastic. If I am ever in St Louis again, I will be staying at this hotel. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

This hotel provided an excellent location for our family while in town for a meet. However, we won't stay at this Hilton property again. With the exception of the breakfast staff, the staff was not very friendly or helpful. Additionally, the room was tired and needs to be updated badly. I will save the details about the bathroom in our room, but the cleaning prior to our arrival was not done well. Luckily, my wife always brings disinfectant wipes. As a Hilton Honors member, I almost stay at Hilton exclusively, but this property did not meet Hilton expectations. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Never stay here

Room wasn’t clean, staff was unfriendly, parking was expensive, breakfast wasn’t good, pillows were very flat, super pricey rooms, spoke with three managers about complaints and still left unresolved. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Stayed here twice in the last 3 weeks, once on the way driving down to Florida, and again on the way back home because we enjoyed our stay so much. Room was wonderful. Clean, incredibly tall ceilings, comfy bed. Service was great overall--we needed extra blankets and pillows for our kids, and they were prompt to bring them up on both visits. The folks working the breakfast were very friendly, checking in to see if we needed anything, clearing dishes, etc. Front desk guys were fine--the one on the first visit was on his phone and just looked kind of sloppy, but was friendly enough. The second visit check in was fine with a different guy working. Breakfast was great--lots of great options. Workout room was much more than I'm used to with hotels, so that was very appreciated. Pool and hot tub were also nice. On our first visit both seemed a bit dirty--the hot tub in particular had lots of the nasty solid foam floating around with lots of dead skin or other stuff mixed in, but I was able to get past it and enjoy a soak, though my wife was not able to enjoy it. The second visit both were very clean. This hotel is a great location. We opted to book with parking included, which we were grateful for, even for the extra cost. The valet workers were great, and had our vehicle ready to leave promptly after we called down prior to checking out. Biggest complaint was probably that there is no free wifi. I just made my phone a hotspot because I can't stand paying for wifi outside of my own home. Seems a bit silly to not have that offered, as every other place we stayed on our 2 week trip had it for free, even though some of the places didn't have great wifi, at least it was available for free. Enjoyed this place, and would stay again. It's a bit spendy, but we wanted something comfortable, downtown, and with a good breakfast included. Worth it. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
A great staff, a stories hotel

Loved the vaulted ceilings in the rooms. Very quiet, even with a number of sports teams staying there. A great experience. I will be back for a conference in January and we are already making plans to bring our team to stay at this hotel. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
