Great location, accommodating personel, fair price

Jan 25th, 2020

I stayed in this property many times for it's great location and right for my budget. I got a straightforward information about their grab & go breakfast (means coffee/tea , energi bars, cookies or muffins- to go). Each guestroom have little kitchenette & big refrigerator -if you choose to cook. I got a clear information about kitchen utensils that they will provide if I choose to use the kitchinette. Laundry room was perfect for me to wash my dirty clothes after 2 weeks on a cruise. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Stayed overnight for cruise

Jan 17th, 2020

It was okay, if you need somewhere to stay for a cruise. The rooms where dated and need a serious deep cleaning. There were ants on the stove and counter. The only good thing is that they offer a shuttle to the airport and to the port. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Poor excuse for a hotel - even for one night

Jan 15th, 2020

We arrived to find that our King room we paid for (BTW - Expedia charged us $100 more per night than the room was listed!), had been given away. I pity the person who thinks this would be good to stay for an extended time. Rooms are small, you have to ask for kitchen supplies, you have to ask for shampoo/conditioner, you have to ask for a coffee maker (and they were out of them when we checked in). The "Breakfast" is coffee, tea, cocoa, granola bars an muffins. The hotel staff at the front desk had fingernails so long, it was hard to make change. (I don't mind you having long fingernails, I know it's a fashion, but when they interfere with your job, they shouldn't be allowed). The front desk staff also disappeared all the time into the back and were not available for periods of time. We stayed because it was close to the port and they had a shuttle to the piers. Not a free shuttle, mind you, but at least it was only$4 per person. The driver was exceptionally happy, and sure knew how to get around in the traffic. We disliked it so much, that we stayed at the Holiday Inn Express across the parking lot on our return night to port. You can see that review as well. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

A one nighter

Clean and ok priced place for a night. I would not want to stay longer than that. The "breakfast buffet" gives a good laugh! But fortunately there is Starbucks and a bagel shop across the street. The place is close to Port Everglades and hence convenient for cruise shippers. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Close to cruise ports

Dec 29th, 2019

For a sleep over prior to boarding a cruise, this seemed an economical choice. But the shuttle from the airport ended at 4pm, entrance to the hotel was unwelcoming and cramped with even two other patrons with luggage, I had guaranteed a king bed but got a poor quality queen, and the non-smoking room had a hint of cigarettes. The only positive was the staff person Mary Alfonso, who kindly tried to give credit and reimbursement for managements failings. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
