Very disappointed in my stay

They ask me and my best friend to leave because they couldn’t accommodate us by cleaning the room properly we got there at 2:50 AM on November 27, 2019 they did not have a reservation for us in the computer but they they had a reservation for is on paper the 1st room they put us in was VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY DISGUSTING then we where move to a other room THAT WAS NOT ANY BETTER AT ALL I HAVE MORE PICTURES AND A VIDEO BUT THE SITE WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO POST ALLOF THE PICTURES AND VIDEOS -10STARS TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Absolutely disgusting!!

My husband and I checked in Saturday night with a service dog. Upon checking in their was a comment about not allowing dogs in certain rooms and the hotel didn’t have a dog room available. Also, no service dogs were allowed on the first floor. The very unfriendly desk clerk had to call her manager that wasn’t available. So she reluctantly gave us a room and warned us that we would have to move rooms Sunday morning. 1st thing..... your business and/or staff needs trained on the laws dealing with ADA and service dogs!!!! It is not legal to deny a service dog any hotel floor or room!!! Knowing we were going to be there two weeks, we packed a lot of stuff. It took us an hour and a half to unload our truck and get everything into our 3rd floor room! It was 1am when we got our belongings into our room because we had to round up hotel carts, and avoid some drunk barfing all over the concrete on the second floor, where a cart was!! After getting everything up to the room we started to get things ready, as we had to work at 8am Sunday morning! We noticed the room was absolutely disgusting!!! Stained and holes in the unpadded carpet, cobwebs dangling from the kitchen light, dried red toothpaste in bathroom sink, as well as some yellow goopy stuff in bathroom sink and tub. The bathtub had black circles in it. We needed to get baths and get the little sleep we could. So, I break out my cleaning supplies and prepare to scrub everything! I scrubbed the bathroom sink and got a fresh Lysol wipe out to wipe the tub... the 1st swipe brought up thousands of shaved pubic hairs and yellow goopy stuff!!!!! Meanwhile my husband decided to take a shower in the morning and went to get in the bed... as he pulls back the sheets he sees used and dirty sheets in our bed!!! I took the pubic hair wipe to the desk clerk and we checked out of this dump!!! This place has HUGE ISSUES!!! I have taken many pictures of this place!!! This inconvenience had us not going to bed until after 6am!!! This, due to having to find other lodging in the middle of the night!! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great Management - Comfortable Room

Management is dedicated to making sure you're comfortable and safe. The rooms are cleaned well and if you have an issue, they address it immediately. The pricing is good and you know what you're going to get. Like the ability to cook in my room instead of having to spend a lot of money eating out. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Disaster of an experience. I accidently double booked via priceline. Spent 10+ hours on the phone with priceline and guest relations. NO ONE could get in touch with the hotel because their phones were down for TWO DAYS! I finally drove over to the hotel. Chandra stated their phones were down, they were down for two days and that she would make sure Rosalie (general manager) refunded it Monday. The "other" hotel did not have a single first floor room available so I went back to ESA. Upon check in, I asked for a first floor room. We were almost checked in when I did alert them that I had a service dog. It then became a fight because they wanted me to go to the 2nd and 3rd floor. Essentially they denied a reasonable accommodation for a first floor room because I have a service dog. They refused the first floor because their "pet rooms" are on the 2nd and 3rd. Desk attendant Chandra stated I would get a refund. General Manager and District Manager refused a refund even though I did not stay in the room. I have a voicemail message with Rosalie stating they didn't "have to" give me a first floor room and that they "have an elevator" so it "shouldn't be an issue." Complaint filed with the BBB, the ADA and the DOJ as well as every site I can find so no one else has to deal with their unlawful and unethical actions. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Just needed a place to sleep overnight

Although near to (and visible from) the main road, the motel isn't that easy to get to. The outside of the motel looks a little run down, but not too bad. The main office is a little cramped, but the desk staff were friendly and helpful (without question the best aspect of the motel). The room is reasonably spacious, I was concerned about the odor of marijuana smoke that was thankfully only near (rather than inside) my room. The full-sized fridge in the room would be appealing to some guests. Everything in the bathroom appeared to function Ok. The free "grab & go" breakfast was better than nothing. The rate was inexpensive, but was still barely worth the price. Would have given a 1.5 star rating if that were possible. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
