A total of 4 people was in my party/two couples in need of 2 rooms, traveling from WI to MN. While enroute to MN, I received a call directly from the hotel earlier than expected to inform me that my room was ready and I could check in earlier if needed (which I did need to do). We were greeted warmly by the deskworker. My room was very clean and it smelled fresh. The room was equipped for the 'extended stay' with a sink, big economical fridg, and mircowave; all in working condition. The bathroom was nice and clean. I was in room 210. The other couple was in room 213; the negative for their experience was that the bathroom vent was so noisy; sounded like an airplane was ready to take off. Overall, my stay was a 5star! Don’t book with Hotlne.com

Jun 26th, 2019

We made a huge mistake booking this hotel with Hotwire. We requested hotels with 4 star ratings and this hotel was grouped with Sheraton, Hilton and Residence Inn in Woodbury. Of course when we agree to pay the amount on Hotline we get this hotel as our hotel chosen by Hotline. We arrive and the front desk asks us for another $25 per night for our little Chihuahua. Thankfully the manager waived this fee. We get into our room and the carpet is very dirty, the bathroom has no hairdryer and there is no light in the refrigerator. We had management agree to give us a hairdryer. The breakfast in the morning consists of muffins and cereal bars and coffee and every mornings the muffins were gone within 15 minutes by hoarding guests who literally put them in plastic bags for consumption later in the day. We told the font desk about this and they said it is first come first served. At best this is a 2 star hotel that is in bad need of repair and updating and not a 4 star as advertised in Hotline. If you care about your hotel experience and a decent breakfast then don’t even consider this hotel at all! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Eww that smell!

Jan 25th, 2019

Would have rated it one star but the guy at the front desk was super nice and accommodating so I'll eek out a two star. Extremely basic room and bathroom that's outdated. But the outstanding memory of this place is the smell! I have no idea what they use for cleaning and laundry but the hallways and room have this incredibly overpowering smell. Think of a really bad air freshener that is suppose to be cherry but they missed the mark with the chemical processing. You can't get away from it! The bedding close to my nose nearly gagged me. As an owner/manager, how can you think that odor is pleasant? I wouldn't stay there again if the rooms were free. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Worst hotel experience ever

Oct 24th, 2018

Upon arriving found our thermostat set at 90 degrees which should have tipped us off something not quite right! There was noise all night long but the worst was waking up to bed bugs and bites! 6 days later I am still taking maximum doses of Benadryl to combat the fiery itching along with having to throw away 3 suitcases, a curling iron, 2 hairbrushes, and at least $100 worth of toiletries because once you're exposed to bedbugs you have to throw away everything you can't wash and dry on high heat or treat with harsh and dangerous chemicals! We're still hoping we haven't brought home the bugs into our home. I called the hotel and the manager still hadn't returned my call so I called the corporate headquarters and they said someone would get back with me in 24 hours and I'm still waiting! I also reported them to the local health department - no one should ever have to go through this! When we checked out the clerk told us they had a history of bed bugs but when I reported this to the assistant manager she denied it! Don't ever stay in this hotel! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Broken toilet

Oct 15th, 2018

The room is clean but when you are in a room with a broken toilet and they haven't fixed it in 2 nights, everything else is secondary. Their solution the second night seems to be a note that confirms it's broken. That's it. I insisted on a new room for the third night. Priceline has provided no help. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
