I will definitely be coming back to stay again and i will recommend all my friends and family staying in Sacramento to pick the Extended Stay in South Natomas as their first choice hotel. All staff members Alyssa,Kim, Trey, Ashley and Shae Housekeeping and Maintenance are helpful and Friendly. Outstanding service. I recommend this location. Clean exterior and always willing to assist their customers. Best among all locations in Sacramento. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Best Extended stay AR

The neighborhood seemed questionable at first but its actually pretty quiet. Maids are friemdly the manager tony helped us figure out how to get our fridge on the best setting. Was running late for chexk out and they gave me an extra 30 mins so i could leave comfortably. Pretty good breakfast and coffee asst manager is always pleasant to converse with in the morning and kim is so sweet and helpful ill always stay here when visiting sacramento _Amber TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Better bring what you need

For an ‘extended stay’, you really need to bring your own ‘stuff’. There was a hot plate, fridge and microwave - nothing else. No pots, pans, cooking utensils, eating utensils, dishes, plates, etc. No blanket for the bed and only one towel in the bath – the front desk didn’t have towels or blankets. There are way better choices than an ESA! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Terrible experience in all aspects

I went to check in around 3:30 and the Front Desk was unattended; there was a sign saying will be back shortly. I had to wait about 20 minutes. The lobby smelled like people had been smoking in there. The room I was originally given was dirty (beds undone, just dirty dirty) and it reeked. I had to walk back to the lobby and request a different room. Later that day, the toilet in my room was clogged for like no reason. I had to request a plunger cause my room did not have one. The girl at the Front Desk was trying to find one and eventually brought it over. So that was good, but really, the only good thing. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
