Excellent Stay

Feb 11th, 2020

Courteous Staff, very nice location and very good rooms. I stayed here a couple of times and nothing to complain about. There are a number of stores, restaurants in walkable distance. There are both high-end shops. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I see why this place has such low reviews . horrible management lack of reliable staff and they barely speak English . the general manager is incompetent and can not even answer simple questions and the manager barley spoke english . what a joke property , so unprofessioanl . TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

horrible breakfast

Dec 29th, 2019

breakfast is horrible. just instant oatmeal. choose among hot water, light coffee or dark coffee. that’s all they have. would you call this breakfast? The room itself is fine. but there is an awkward odor in the room, Like it was renovated this week. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Good, but kitchen not stocked

Nov 22nd, 2019

The staff is very nice. I really appreciated their help in needing some items for my room since, although it has a kitchenette, there is nothing at all in there for you. I didn't even have a fork. I chose the hotel because I wanted to be able to make something for my work potluck but I would have had to request all the things you normally see in a room with a kitchenette. When you check in they tell you if you need anything to call and they'll bring it to your room so that is good. It's just nicer if they're already waiting for you. The room seemed older and not really updated but it was overall a good stay and the people really made it for me. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Would not recommend for many reasons...

Nov 16th, 2019

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice (Jan 2018, Nov 2019). Unlike wine, it get worsts every year. I travel on a weekly basis for work, my office has put me in this hotel a couple of time. I’m not picky about where I stay ,my only preference is clean and safe. Based on my recent stay, the extended stay is neither. I nearly fell down a flight of stairs at 7am in the morning because a homeless man has somehow got into interior stair well and set up camp for the night. No one seems to monitor the hotel between11pm -5am. I found 2 fire escape doors wedged open the second night (1am) so ANYONE could wander in. A group of people congregated in front to the lobby entrance an argued from 2am-4am. The 3rd night I came outside to the building surrounded by cops, at least 5 patrol cars surrounding the building, probably because of some illegal activity. It’s not an safe hotel by any means inside or out. The shower would not get hot, it’s almost like the water was capped at a certain temperate. The pillows are awful, the bed is hard. I will not stay here again. The Best western Burbank dated but is $20-30 less per night, safe, offers daily housekeeping, and everything works. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
